I’ve yet to play Animal Crossing: New Leaf – or any Animal Crossing game for that matter – because I’m afraid that I won’t be able to put my 3DS down if I get that game. It seems really addictive. If it’s already got its hooks on you, check out Edberg Panganiban’s Etsy shop, where he sells 3.75″ hand painted resin figures based on the game.

As of this writing these two dudes are the only ones left on Edberg’s shop, but you can also have him make figures out of your Animal Crossing character. Just reach out to him and send him a couple of images of your character. However, his services seem to be in demand at the moment and he’s announced that he won’t be able to finish future orders in time for Christmas.

Head to Edberg’s Etsy shop RezArmy to place an order. It’ll cost you more than a few bells to get a figure though. According to Polygon Edberg charges $40-$50 (USD) for figures with simple details and no accessories and up to $100 for more elaborate designs and accessories.

This amazing replica was built by a fan in the UK on a custom chassis using a straight six, fuel-injected Jaguar 3.2 liter engine with an automatic transmission. And yes, it is street legal.

And yes, there’s also a working flame-thrower for frying bad guys in the street as well as hydraulics that can raise it up 9″ higher. The owner says that it will do 0-to-60 in under five seconds.

If you have even a fraction of Bruce Wayne’s bank account, you can buy it. It is expected to fetch around £70,000 to £90,000 (~$112,000 to $145,000 USD) at auction on November 30th.

Do you think Michael Keaton will put a bid in? That would be cool. He was Batman in that movie after all.

Wires or rods are integral parts of many structures or products. While we’ve seen early versions of 3D printers that can work with metals, many times all that a tinkerer or an artist needs is a way to bend existing wire to his will. That’s where Pensa Labs’ DIWire comes in. It’s a machine that bends wires based on curves drawn in a computer.

DIWire’s complementary software accepts SVG images of continuous curves. The machine itself connects to your computer via USB and can typically finish bending a piece of wire in minutes. DIWire can bend wires between .040″ – .125″ in diameter, depending on the wire’s composition. It can bend steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and more. To help users put their bent wires together, Pensa Labs also came up with a series of plastic clips that can be used to hold wires together without having to permanently solder or weld them outright.

Pledge at least $2,950 (USD) on Kickstarter to receive a DIWire as a reward.

Remember Corning’s glass-filled vision of the future? A company called Posh View was inspired by the Gorilla Glass maker’s concept video and is trying to make one of the devices in that video real. Posh View’s iMirror is an Internet-connected touchscreen device that happens to have a mirror as its display.

The iMirror is a lot like today’s consumer touchscreen devices. It has apps for things like the weather, Facebook, Twitter, Google Maps and more. It also supports voice commands, although I don’t know how well it can recognize your voice when you have a toothbrush in your mouth.

I’m surprised they don’t have a Magic Mirror app yet. Sadly, the iMirror is going to cost you. You have to pledge at least $2,749 CAD (~$2,624 USD) on Kickstarter to get the device as a reward. I wonder if Apple’s going to spin the glare of their glossy displays into a feature.

The beauty of it is that it’s actually two separate tubs so you can bathe together, but you know, stay the hell away too. It’s perfect for the relationship on the decline. A good step to take before the whole separate beds thing. It even features a soundwave massage and has colored lights in rainbow colors.
