Lady Gaga is working hard to drum up excitement for her new material after months out of the spotlight. The singer’s latest move finds her unveiling the artwork for her new single, which will serve as the first release from the upcoming album “ARTPOP.”

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — In April 1993, Omar Masoud and three accomplices broke into a European aid office in Gaza City, grabbed a young Israeli lawyer working there and stabbed him to death.

The project has been around since 2010, but a new fundraising initiative by the Free Software Foundation promises to give it a vital boost. The key difference with Replicant and many other Android spin-offs is that it doesn’t rely on proprietary software for it to play nice with vendor hardware. While most of Android is free, it’s at this hardware interface level that things get a bit more complex. LANSING, Mich. — Michigan’s attorney general says he’s joining the Detroit bankruptcy case on behalf of pensioners.
According to a statement released Saturday by his office, Bill Schuette will file an appearance in federal bankruptcy court on Monday.

Amateur Phachara Khongwatmai, at the tender age of 14, become the youngest golfer ever to win a pro event when he went 13 under at the ASEAN PGA Tour’s Singhua Hin Open.

As far as I am aware, the FBI doesn’t usually send you a pop-up online notice, asking if you could kindly pay a fine for child pornography.
Perhaps I should check with Edward Snowden to be sure.
Still, 21-year-old Virginian Jay Riley was sufficiently stunned to receive a pop-up “FBI Warning” telling him to pay a fine for child pornography that he went to his local police station in Prince William County.
As WJLA-TV reports it, Riley asked if he was, indeed, wanted on child pornography charges.
In what seems like a helpful and open frame of mind, he allegedly offered the police his computer for examination.
There, the police allegedly found child pornography.

Six new programs are headed to NBC, and each sounds more exciting than the last.
At the Television Critics Association summer press tour on Saturday, the network announced that it would air a four hour miniseries based on the life of Hillary Clinton (starring Diane Lane) and will be reviving the classic horror film “Rosemary’s Baby” in coming months as part of a major move into miniseries and other event-based programming.
On Friday’s “Late Night”, Fallon channeled both Anthony Weiner and his alter-super-sexy-ego Carlos Danger.
Needless to say, the double entendres were plentiful.
