“I have a lot of divorce remorse. I mean I really, really do.” she said. “In hindsight I wish I would have worked harder on the marriage. I think I messed up on some areas and he messed up too. It takes two people to get married, it takes two people to get divorced.”

Awkward Engagement Photos: Couple Shares Hilarious ‘Outtakes’ (PHOTOS)

After getting your engagement photos back from your photographer, you probably shared the best shots on Facebook and emailed them to your entire family. But what about those other shots that didn’t quite make the cut?

One couple compiled all of their engagement photo “outtakes” into a hilarious slideshow and posted them to Imgur and Reddit on Sunday. Bride-to-be alib207 wrote on Imgur that her future sister-in-law took the photos, and that although the majority of the photos turned out beautifully, the best part has been looking at the “super awkward pictures” they didn’t use.

“I think these pictures will serve as a reminder that the imperfect moments at the wedding may end up being some of my favorite memories,” alib207 wrote on Reddit.

Watch NFL Players Awkwardly Use Google Glass

The "fun" tech question to ask famous people and/or grandmas in 2013 is what they think of Google Glass. Most usually this requires slapping Google Glass onto their face, making awkward conversation on how to control it, asking them to do what they do best and then talking about if they think it’s the future or not. They almost always say yes.

HTC all but confirms One Mini smartphone with cutesy infographic

“Can you think of anything else that packs a big punch into a small package?” That’s an inquiry posed by HTC on a fresh company blog post, lathered with hyperbole and dominated by an infographic that can be seen in part after the break. Voter ID Trial Opens In Pennsylvania

HARRISBURG, Pa. — On the first day of a voter ID trial in Pennsylvania on Monday, the liberal-leaning plaintiffs got a boost from an improbable ally — a voter who called former Republican presidential candidate John McCain “my man” and noted she herself had twice been elected to a local office on the Republican ticket.

Marian Baker was one of two witnesses who offered videotaped testimony to start a trial that will determine the constitutionality of Pennsylvania’s voter ID law, a subject of controversy since it was passed last spring by a Republican legislature and governor. The law, blocked by the state Supreme Court until the trial reviews its constitutionality, requires voters to present photo identification at the polls.

A grandmother of eight who lives in Reading, Pa., Baker testified that the law caused her to recently miss an election for the first time since 1960. Under the new law, she said, she would have to get a special state-approved photo ID at a drivers’ license center, where lines often stretch down the block. (Her driver’s license recently expired.)

Children Of Divorce: What Kids Need To Know When Their Parents Are Divorcing

When you’re a kid whose parents are divorcing, it’s helpful to have a hobby or two to distract you from the adult drama at home.

That’s the lesson we were reminded of on Monday, after reading HuffPost fellow Madeline Wahl’s blog on dealing with her own parents’ divorce. Wahl wrote that after years of hearing them argue, her parents’ divorce didn’t exactly come as a surprise, but it was difficult to process nonetheless. During the roughest days, she said she found relief in books.

“Reading books helped fill the crevices of my broken heart, the love once there chiseled away,” Wahl wrote. “I found solace in the struggles the characters faced. These protagonists wanted to save their friends, to find meaning in their lives and help ease the pain of a loved one’s losing battle to cancer. None of the books I read were about divorce. I wanted to stray from reality, to dive deep into the fictive dream and only awaken when needed.”

Dustin Theoharis, Man Shot 16 Times, Files $20 Million Suit Against State Department Of Corrections

An unarmed Washington state man who was shot 16 times by law enforcement last year has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the Department of Corrections.

In February 2012, police executed a search warrant on the Auburn home where Dustin Theoharis was renting a basement room. Officers were looking for different man — a convicted felon who had violated parole — and after successfully apprehending him proceeded to search the home for firearms, according to KING 5.

A King County sheriff’s deputy and a Washington State corrections officer reportedly found Theoharis in bed and opened fire on him after he reached for what they thought was a gun.
