Ramos K1 Tablet Looks Like The HTC One

Ramos K1 Tablet Looks Like The HTC One I know that the HTC One is far from being a tablet, but rather, it happens to be a flagship smartphone that has picked up its fair share of bouquets in the past months since it was released. Still, it has proven itself to be quite an inspiration to other device manufacturers. Case in point – the Ramos K1 that is all set for a China release. While it was supposedly meant to roll out in the world’s most populous country earlier this month, somehow it was delayed without any prior notice, so we are still playing the waiting game here. From what we know and have seen, it looks like a clone of the HTC One from certain angles, just that this is a tablet version,

The Ramos K1 will arrive with a 7.9” display which would place it on par with the iPad mini where its screen size is concerned, accompanied by a set of stereo speakers that are located on the front of the device, albeit it would miss the Beats Audio feature, of course. Apart from that, you will also find cameras in front as well as at the back, with a massive 5,500mAh battery powering it. Do you think that the Ramos K1 will do well domestically?

    Alleged iPhone 5C Specifications Leaked

Alleged iPhone 5C Specifications LeakedThe iPhone 5S might be the next flagship smartphone, but this does not mean that there will be no other smartphones from Apple in the pipeline – including the budget oriented iPhone 5C. Plenty of information has been leaked concerning the iPhone 5S, but how much do we know about the iPhone 5C? Apparently, an alleged list of hardware specifications concerning the pocket friendly iPhone 5C has leaked out, although you would do well to bear in mind that what you read here should be taken with a pinch of salt – a really large pinch, too.

So far, the rumored (but most concrete to date) hardware specifications concerning the iPhone 5C would be an unknown dual-core chipset, a 4” display at 1,136 x 640 resolution, 1GB RAM, a choice of 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of internal memory, an 8-megapixel shooter at the back with a 1.2-megapixel camera in front, all crammed into a chassis that measures 124.2mm x 58.4mm x 7.6mm, which tips the scales at 106 grams. It will be powered by iOS 7 with Siri, boasting of support for English, French, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Italian and Spanish languages. As to the veracity of this particular leaked list, we would not need to wait much too long for the real deal to hit the market, no?

Sony has posted a video to YouTube that hints at a new smartphone launch that might just be the long-rumored Honami.

The company on Tuesday posted a video to YouTube showing special shots of a smartphone. Sony didn’t say which handset it is or what the device might offer, but offered some views of its smooth lines, a camera, and its ability to be tossed in water. A description of the smartphone on YouTube says that the handset is both “new” and “extraordinary.”

Epson launches 1080p 2D3D PowerLite home cinema projector for $999

It’s rare that we document the arrival of a new projector, but we thought that Epson’s PowerLite Home Cinema 2030 deserved some special attention. It’s the company’s first unit that offers an MHL-enabled HDMI port, enabling you to output video from your Android phone or tablet. Otherwise, the unit offers 1080p 2D/3D visuals, built-in speakers and a 2,000 lumens bulb. It’ll be available at the start of September from Epson’s online store for $999 — a small price to pay to get those Netflix episodes of Breaking Bad splattered over your walls.

Alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Leaked Photos In Full HD Quality

Alleged Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Leaked Photos In Full HD QualityThe Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is slated for a September 4th announcement, and you can bet your bottom dollar that Samsung’s Galaxy Note 3 has gotten its fair share of leaks as well as rumors, but with September 4th not too far away, we will have a far shorter amount of time left to fidget in our seats for the official announcement. Well, it does seem as though keeping secrets concerning the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is pretty difficult to do so, and what you see above is an alleged high resolution snapshot of the upcoming Samsung device, as it claims to be the screen which will accompany the fully assembled Galaxy Note 3.

From the display itself, it does seem as though the bezels have taken a trip to the nearest fat house, having shrunken by a considerable amount regardless of the directions, especially when you consider it against its predecessor. It remains to be seen, however, just how the Galaxy Note 3 will look like with the frames connected to it. How do you think that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will fare when it finally hits the market? Will it be able to make that kind of impact as with its predecessor, or will it fizzle out eventually?

    BlackBerry Mulls Over Messenger Spinoff

BlackBerry Mulls Over Messenger SpinoffAccording to the folks over at The Wall Street Journal (subscription required), it does seem as though BlackBerry does not mind thinking out of the box when it comes to making money from its messaging service. So far, there has been some rumors which will, in all probability turn out to be true, that BlackBerry Messenger is about to make its way to other rival mobile platforms as well – namely iOS and Android (notice that there is nothing about Windows Phone over here!),

This time around, The Wall Street Journal’s standard slew of anonymous sources that claim to be “familiar with the matter,” touts that BlackBerry (the company formerly known as Research In Motion, or RIM for short) intends to spin off their Messenger service as a more independent subsidiary, where it will also carry the iconic BBM Inc. name, before it is sold off to another pair of reliable hands. Not only that, it does seem as though there is also a very real possibility of a desktop version of the BlackBerry Messenger app appearing in due time. What do you think of this particular strategy from BlackBerry, where selling off their Messenger service would be somewhat akin to putting their crown jewels on offer.

Han Solo in Carbonite Fridge: An Ice Box for Tattooine

With this awesome Han Solo in carbonite fridge, Jabba can just reach inside and grab a cold brew or a chilled toad to enjoy while he watches his private dancers. It definitely beats just hanging some frozen dude on your wall.
    Hanasonic Fridge

The problem of course is that, that little psycho Salacious Crumb will steal all of your popsicles and then cackle about it at your feet all day. Oh well. Obviously, this model of fridge comes from “Hanasonic”.

So when will we be able to buy our own Han Solo in carbonite fridge? Somebody needs to get to work on that now. I have a lot of nerd dollars just waiting to be spent.
