‘Burn Notice’: After The Ultimate Betrayal, Michael Chooses A Side – And It May Surprise You (VIDEO)

On “Burn Notice,” Michael’s mind was twisted into knots when he discovered that his former enemy, Simon, was working for the CIA the whole time. It was enough of a betrayal in his mind that Michael actually decided to side with definite bad guys, James and Sonya.

“I thought all they stood for was right! Even after they burned me,” Michael said. “I gave up everything! And I wasted my life for a lie.”

Buddy TV’s Megan Cole admitted to being a little worried about this latest development. “Now that Michael has revealed himself to James, his friends and family could be put in serious danger,” she wrote. “Will James target the people Michael loves or will Strong go after them because Michael has betrayed the CIA?”

Nexus 7 2013 Receives Firmware Update

Nexus 7 2013 Receives Firmware UpdateThe new Nexus 7 is definitely an impressive tablet by all accounts, and considering the kind of firepower that it packs underneath the hood without breaking the bank, we would highly recommend the device to be part of your gadget arsenal if you are in the market for an Android-powered tablet. The thing is, nothing is perfect in this world, and the same can be said of the new Nexus 7 tablet – as some users have already reported erratic performances in its multi-touch display, with Google also acknowledging the issue.

Well, thankfully the coding mavens over at Google has managed to solve this issue, relegating it to the “Job Completed” segment through the introduction of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update with build number JSS15Q that will include the multi-touch bug fix. This particular new update for the Nexus 7 is available via Over The Air (OTA), so you will just have to be patient if you have not yet received your fix.

According to Paul Wilcox, a member of Google’s support staff, he mentioned, “As a couple of you have mentioned, there’s a new system update that’s started rolling out for your Nexus 7s. This update does address the touchscreen issues discussed in this thread. If you’re one of the people experiencing touchscreen issues, please let us know how it’s going after you’ve received and installed the update.”

Galaxy Tab 3 gets rebranded as ‘Homeboy’ for launch on LG’s Korean mobile network

    Image

Considering that Korea’s warring giants don’t get along too well, it’s amusing to see LG offering a Samsung-made tablet on LG U+, the latter’s domestic cellular network. The “Homeboy” is a re-branded Galaxy Tab 3 that plugs into U+’s services, including TV channels, music, video, e-book and educational software stores, oh, and it’ll double as a GPS while on the go. Leave the unit at home, however, and it’ll also guard the property, texting you if it senses an unwanted intruder — and is, according to the company’s Kang Hyun-ku, the first step in LG’s new connected home platform. That said, given that it’s nearly a nailed-on certainty that we’re going to see LG’s return to the tablet game in short order, we don’t expect the amusingly-titled slate to remain the favorite son in a couple of months.

Nokia Executive Claims Instagram Will Arrive On Windows Phone Soon

Nokia Executive Claims Instagram Will Arrive On Windows Phone SoonInstagram has not yet made an official app appearance over on the Windows Phone platform, and lately, you could say that Instagram have gotten rather paranoid, where they are going to lay the smack down on apps that use “Insta” or “Gram” in their names. I suppose you can read about their reasons for doing so, but on to happier news this time around. Nokia executive VP Chris Weber, in his recent visit to Thailand where he reiterated the Finnish smartphone manufacturer’s goal to overtake Samsung as the global leader in mobile phone market share, also did mention that the Windows Phone Store would be welcoming the Instagram app in due time.

I would say that this has been a long time in coming, since Instagram’s absence on the Windows Phone platform has led to a bunch of third party substitutes released, where most of them are unable to upload images to Instagram after Instagram decided to prevent direct third party uploads to its site. Well, do you think that Instagram on Windows Phone will help Nokia achieve this lofty goal of theirs, that is to overtake Samsung when they are at the top of their game? Only time will tell.

Pandora Sleep Timer On Mobile Announced

Pandora Sleep Timer On Mobile AnnouncedI am pretty sure that when you were too young to remember, it was your mother who sang you lullabies and rocked you to sleep, so that she and dad can have some quality time together after spending most of their time with you during your waking – nay, crying hours. Now that you are all grown up, you still need some music playing in the background before you are capable of grabbing some shuteye, and do take note that this particular method of falling asleep does not work for everyone, since some others out there prefer to count sheep instead. The folks at Pandora are dedicated to delivering music that their listeners love to their mobile devices, and has just introduced a bunch of new product features and improvements. The latest version of the Pandora mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms include a Sleep Timer, which will let you fall asleep to the tunes on your favorite Pandora stations.

Basically, the Pandora Sleep Timer on Mobile lets you select from 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and then you can just close your eyes and try to sleep. This makes sure that you need not wake up sometime in the middle of the night to turn off your device or silent it, as the Sleep Timer would have done that for you already at the pre-determined window period.

    Google Word Definition Box Expanded

Google Word Definition Box ExpandedSomeone should come up with this particular essay topic for our kids in school to write about – “What if there was no Google or search engines today” and see just what kind of scenarios can the young and imaginative brains think of. For many of us, using Google when it comes to searching for something online is as natural as breathing air, and I am quite sure that many of us are more than familiar with using Google to locate definitions. Take [define fortuitous] for instance – this particular feature has just been updated over on google.com, be it on the desktop or mobile experience, so that you would end up with additional information concerning those words apart from their definition alone.

For instance, you will now be greeted by sample sentences that will highlight just how this particular word is used, in addition to its synonyms. Tapping the microphone on your Google Search app and your ears will be treated to answers that are spoken back, especially when you fire away questions such as “What’s the definition of fortuitous?” and “What are synonyms for fortuitous?” Not only that, why not give translation a try in one of the 60 plus languages straight from the box itself?

Sonic Lost World Deadly Six Edition Receives Nights-Inspired DLC

Sonic Lost World Deadly Six Edition Receives Nights Inspired DLCFor those of you out there who has more than enough faith in the upcoming Sonic title for the Nintendo Wii U platform and has placed a pre-order for Sonic Lost World for Wii U will be greeted by a nice surprise – that you will be on the receiving end of an exclusive level and boss battles against huge, gargantuan monsters that were inspired by another Sonic Team game, namely the Sega Saturn classic known as “Nights into Dreams”. I haven’t played the latter before despite seeing ads of it in my comics back in the day, but if the graphics shown above are anything to go by, it is certainly a colorful affair.

Sonic Lost World’s Deadly Six Bonus Edition will boast of an exclusive “NiGHTMARE” downloadable content through a redeemable code that has been included with pre-orders of the title. The game’s antagonists, namely the Deadly Six (is this a ripoff of the Sinister Six from Marvel Comics?), will have beasts inspired by Nights into Dreams as their mode of transport of choice, and each time you defeat one of them, you will be able to unlock a special color power for Sonic. Alternatively, the other way to unlock this special color power would be to get it via the Wii U’s Miiverse.
