Miss Robbie Montgomery may be the head of soul-food restaurant empire Sweetie Pie’s, but her business savvy couldn’t prepare her for what she found hidden in her vacant townhouse.
In the above clip from an upcoming episode of “Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s,” Miss Robbie decides to stop by her empty townhouse and is surprised to find her nephew, Charles, in the backyard. He tells her he stopped by to clean up the yard, but Miss Robbie senses something else is going on. She inspects the rest of the house and is shocked at what she finds: Charles’ dog, Mia, and her six puppies hidden upstairs.
“What the hell these puppies doing here?” Miss Robbie asks.

This high school football coach does not tolerate bullying or attitude problems, and he recently showed players in a major way.
Utah outlet Desert News reported that the town of Roosevelt’s Union High School football coach Matt Labrum recently suspended all 80 players from the team due to reports of bullying and academic issues.
In a letter to the team from the school’s coaching staff last Friday, players were told that if they participated in community service activities, took character-education classes and participated in extra study hall sessions, they would earn the right to play again in upcoming games.

The dramatic rescue was shot with a GoPro camera strapped to firefighter Cory Kalanick as he was responding to a call in Fresno, Calif. In the video, Kalanick spots an unconscious kitten lying amid a burned, smoke filled room and immediately takes it to safety and resuscitates him.
The little fellow was later given the name “Lucky.”
Actress and author Mariel Hemingway, the granddaughter of the legendary author Ernest Hemingway, comes from a family with an extensive history of mental illness, addiction and suicide. Because of that, she says she’s made it her life’s mission to promote mental, spiritual and physical health with her partner, Bobby Williams.
“Coming from a family of dysfunction, suicide — seven suicides, that’s a pretty powerful story,” Oprah says in the above clip from “Super Soul Sunday” on OWN. “And you’ve said that your family is your karma. What did you mean by that?”
“Well, I really think the heritage of being a Hemingway, it’s a big name,” Hemingway says. “It carries a lot of weight. And I think with that comes tremendous creativity, love, fame, whatever — but also with that comes the opposite. Because I think with darkness there is light. And so that darkness is that mental illness, that mental instability, that insecurity.”

Internet, meet Yoda, a Canadian piglet with plucky determination and a bit of luck.
Less than a week ago, Yoda was hitching a ride aboard a truck bound for a farm that would prepare him for the slaughterhouse. Somewhere along the journey down Highway 30, however, the piglet wriggled his way to freedom, and ended up on the side of the road in Brossard, Quebec.
