Nikon Releases Teaser Video For Upcoming Camera Announcement

We have been hearing the rumours that Nikon is looking to launch a hybrid mirrorless camera system that will feature a full-frame sensor, something along the lines of Sony’s recently announced A7 and A7R. The rumours are claiming that the announcement of the alleged device is coming soon, and that it is possible that it will take place in November, so we guess it does not come as a complete surprise that Nikon has since released a short teaser video titled, “Pure Photography #1”, indicating that we might be able to expect more teasers in the future.

We’re not sure what is the point of the video, but presumably it is a teaser for the upcoming device. The video is short and ends with the man saying, “It’s in my hands again”, and with the description reading, “A photographer stands alone in a bleak landscape. Something has been missing in his creative life. Will he find it here?” Could that “missing” thing be a full-frame mirrorless Nikon hybrid camera? We guess we will just have to wait and find out, but in the meantime for those who are curious, you can check out the video above to see what we are talking about.     Angry Birds Star Wars 2 Makes Its Way Onto The PCHeads up Angry Birds fans! If you loved playing the game on Android and iOS devices, Rovio has announced that Angry Birds Star Wars 2 will finally be making its way onto the PC. The developer has placed the game up for purchase and download via its website and gamers can expect to fork out $4.95 for it. The game was originally released for mobile devices back in September but apparently there has been enough demand by PC gamers to warrant Rovio releasing a PC version of the game as well. Angry Birds Star Wars 2 is the sequel to Angry Birds Star Wars that was released back in 2012 which also had a PC version of the game, so we guess it makes sense that Rovio would release a PC variant of Angry Birds Star Wars 2.

    The PC requirements for the game is relatively low and we expect anyone with a modern day computer should be able to play it without any issue. For those who are eager to get their hands on the game, hit up Rovio’s Angry Birds website for the purchase and download. So, who else is excited to get their hands on the PC version of the game?

    With the new season fast approaching, returning “American Idol” judge Keith Urban dropped by “Jimmy Kimmel Live” to talk it up. The only returning face from last year, Urban will be joined by returning judge Jennifer Lopez and new judge Harry Connick, Jr. And he made it very clear that this new threesome has great chemistry.

    But no matter how much Kimmel tried to goad him into declaring last season a disaster of catfighting proportions, Urban wouldn’t do it. When asked if things were civil last season, Urban said, “We didn’t hang … as much.” He went on to say that he had a good time last year, and it’s a good time this year. Way to be bland, Keith!

    “You guys will see it. I’m telling ya,” Urban insisted. The new trio does look more amiable, or at least seemed like old pals when they popped up on “Ellen.” Everyone talked about how great it was, and Connick, Jr. was cracking jokes at Urban’s expense. If nothing else, Connick, Jr. should be good for laughs when the new season rolls around.

    Washington Boy Arrested For Bringing Gun, Knives And More Than 400 Rounds Of Ammo To School

    An 11-year-old boy in Washington state was arrested on Wednesday and charged with one count of attempted murder after he allegedly brought an arsenal of weapons to school, The Columbian reported.

    According to Evergreen School District spokeswoman Kris Fay, Frontier Middle School in Vancouver, Wash., and adjacent Pioneer Elementary School were placed into lockdown for two hours on Wednesday after the gun was discovered and police received a tip that a student had taken ammunition to school.

    The boy, whose identity has not been released, is accused of bringing a handgun, more than 400 rounds of ammunition and multiple knives to school.
