New LG G Watch Photo Shown Off On Facebook

New LG G Watch Photo Shown Off On FacebookJust last week, Google announced Android Wear which is essentially a version of Android that has been designed for wearable technology in mind, like smartwatches. Along with the announcement of the platform, Google also unveiled some partners that would be taking advantage of Android Wear, such as LG with the G Watch and Motorola with the Moto 360.

Now back then LG unveiled a teaser photo which was kind of shadowy and didn’t really give us a good look at the device in its entirety, and perhaps looking to change that, LG has since uploaded a photo onto its Facebook page where they show off the LG G Watch in a clearer photo. (more…)

iOS 7 Adoption Rate Now Sits At 85%

iOS 7 Adoption Rate Now Sits At 85%If there is one advantage that iOS has over Android is that when an update is released, iOS users around the world will be able to update their phone/tablets at the same time, as opposed to having to wait for the OEM to push out the update, and in some instances users might have to wait for carrier approval as well.

Of course this is a different story if you own a Google Nexus device, but the rest of it rings true for the most part. That being said it is understandable why iOS adoption rates tend to be higher when it comes to newer versions and according to the latest numbers, it has been found that 85% of iOS devices checking into the iTunes App Store run on iOS 7. Depart Of Justice Lands Conviction Against Android App Pirates

Depart Of Justice Lands Conviction Against Android App PiratesJust like normal software for computers, mobile apps can be pirated too, which is why the team Evad3rs received a lot of flak when they included the Taig Chinese store in their jailbreak which was found to play home to a lot of cracked and pirated apps. Unfortunately pirated mobile apps is an ongoing thing and we guess there are users out who find that $0.99 is still too dear of a price to pay.

Apple Could Ship Two iPhones Of Different Sizes, But Not At The Same Time [Analyst]

Apple Could Ship Two iPhones Of Different Sizes, But Not At The Same Time [Analyst]Without a doubt Apple will be releasing a new iPhone later this year. The name of the new iPhone, its specs, and its design is pretty much up in the air at the moment, although there are rumors floating about that suggests that the phone could come in two sizes: a 4.7-inch iPhone and a 5.5-inch iPhone.

We guess this move would allow Apple to allow its customers to decide if they want a bigger phone or a smaller phone, although we’re not sure if customers might end up neglecting the 4.7-inch model in favor of the larger one, putting Apple into another iPhone 5c situation again. However according to Steve Milunovich, an analyst for UBS, he thinks that Apple will launch phones with different sizes, but just not at the same time. (more…)
