You’re not born loving French fries or hating broccoli. You’re conditioned to it over years of stuffing your face with rich, fatty foods. The good news is that you can undo all those years of conditioning and go back to loving what you’re meant to eat: healthy food.

When it comes to living in large, there are many different ways to do so. Some of us happen to have a whole lot more money than others to “throw around”, if you will, and even the high end stuff that one purchases ends up looking rather “ordinary”. Surely there must be more than what is available in the market to satiate your appetite? Apparently so, as South Korean consumer electronics giant LG has worked with Swarovski to roll out what they term to be the ultimate premium OLED TV.
Swarovski, the world famous Austrian jewelry brand as well as world-leading manufacturer of high-quality crystals, will partner with LG to deliver a truly exclusive Curved OLED TV at IFA Berlin that kicks off early this month. It boasts of a streamlined stand studded with shimmering crystals that will be complemented by the brilliant, precise colors of the OLED’s self-lighting pixels, making this truly an advanced TV that exudes elegance beyond compare.
Not only that, we are talking about a depth of just 4mm, in addition to the entire shebang tipping the scales at an extremely moderate 16kg, making this Curved OLED TV to be the perfect showcase for Swarovski’s finest crystals. Carrying LG’s stylish Crystal Stand, the ergonomically curved display does look to the observer as though it floats on thin air, and will be a breathtaking effect which will help increase viewer immersion. No idea on how much this will cost, but it will definitely come at a premium, no two ways about it. [Press Release]

It seems that the console ports for Mojang’s hugely popular Minecraft titles have yet to arrive, despite plenty of anticipation in that particular direction, but thankfully, there has been progress made on the updates where the three console versions are concerned – basically for the Sony PS Vita, the Sony PS4 and the Xbox One from Microsoft.
4J Studios is the console developer for Minecraft, and they decided to take the Twitter route to share on what is happening to the seemingly “missing” ports. First of all, the Sony PS Vita version which was tipped to arrive later this September, but there was no formal date attached to it, so we still have no idea on what is going to happen to that particular port.
As for the current generation Sony PS4 version of Minecraft, it has been thwarted by a failed certification process, but at the very least it has returned for another round of testing, now how about that? Last but not least, there is also the Xbox One version (to be fair, of course) that is currently in its final certification process – so keep your fingers crossed that things will turn out well eventually. Well, I always believe that it is better to play the patience card and wait for a software that will not be gimped, compared to a rushed release that contains plenty of errors.

Earlier in the month of August this year, we did mention that the Resident Evil series will be getting a new remastered version across different kind of current generation consoles, and in that particular confirmation, multiple platforms will “benefit” from this effort. I guess this is one way of milking the Resident Evil franchise for all that it is worth, especially when you take into consideration the higher level of firepower that modern day consoles have. Well, here we are with the latest Resident Evil 2015 HD remaster trailer and boy does it look stunning!
I would suppose that modern day graphical capabilities would enable you to enjoy the old school scares in a far more realistic setting than ever before, and Capcom intends to bring back those memories of yore in the remastered Resident Evil 2015 HD version. In other words, this is a remaster of a remastered version, where the latter is actually a remake of the 2002 HD version. Needless to say, you can also take a trip down memory lane with the option to revert to the 2002 visuals, now how about that? At least for next year’s version, there will be a full analog stick movement scheme thrown into the mix. Looks like there is plenty of Resident Evil goodness to look forward to next year!
