Kelly Clarkson Was Just Kidding About People Not Wanting To Work With Her

Last week, Kelly Clarkson revealed that apparently no one wants to work with her. Now, Clarkson says the media has taken her words out of context.

Perhaps the reason for confusion stems from the fact that Clarkson repeatedly said she wasn’t kidding about her dearth of collaborators.

“I honestly would collaborate with a lot of people, but everyone usually says no,” Clarkson told BBC Radio 1’s Nick Grimshaw. “I’m not kidding you. I have legitimately asked several people that I’m not going to call out, and that’s cool, but I don’t know.”

After Grimshaw doubted Clarkson statements, she doubled down: “I’m not kidding you,” she said.

But you know, she was totally kidding after all. What a jokester.
