It’s easy to hate on Nintendo. With the Wii U, the company played right into negative consumer expectations by releasing a product derided for its kid-friendly appeal, Fisher-Price toy-like looks, less-than-bleeding-edge silicon, confusing branding a…
We know enough about the Apple Watch to keep us interested, but there’s still a lot we don’t know. Even when it comes to pricing, we’re still in the dark a bit. Slowly, Apple CEO Tim Cook is leaking details about the Apple Watch, though. We’ve heard the water resistance might be better than expected, and now Cook is hinting … Continue reading
As the years press on, it’s becoming more and more apparent that we will eventually integrate fully with our technology. We can move faster, be stronger, see better, and a whole mess of other awesome things when combined with gadgets and gizmos. While it will still be a little while before we have to bow down before robot overlords, we can embrace the cute and fashionable side of technology…for now.
That first paragraph was quite a bit of build-up, but we really are addicted to our technology in an almost unhealthy way. Our phones are constantly glued to us, and have become a part of everyday life. While this may end up being a good thing, there are always pros and cons to something new. Regardless of how it’s argued, we still want to charge our phones, and don’t want to mess with a tangle of cables. If you’d rather make your cable integrate seamlessly into your wardrobe, why not hide it in an accessory?
The Bead Bracelet Lightning Cable appears to be a simple bracelet merely used for tying an outfit together, but hides a lightning pin connector in the clasp. This will keep the connector safe from dust and getting scratched up. This is a very simple product that comes in red, black, pink, and white, and will only cost you $13. It will only work with iPhone and iPad devices via USB.
Available for purchase on Brando, found via Redferret

Jeff Bezos and Amazon want in the worst way possible to get goods into your hands faster. Let’s face it, one of the only reasons many of us don’t buy everything from Amazon already is because either we can’t wait for delivery or we just don’t like to wait.
This has led to Amazon outlining a plan to use drones to fly goods to customers in 30 minutes or less. While the FAA may not let that drone plan work, Amazon has another strange way it wants to use to get stuff into your hands faster.
A few patent applications have surfaced that indicate a plan Amazon has to fit delivery vehicles with 3D printers. The vehicles would be able to print certain items out as they drive to your home. The cool part about this idea is not only would it make it faster for you to get your items, but Amazon also wouldn’t need to have a stockpile of whatnots sitting in a warehouse somewhere because they would be printed when needed, thus reducing inventory costs.
Now they just need to come up with a faster 3D printer.

Whenever there is a new device that is in the pipeline, ready and waiting in the wings to be revealed, you can be sure that there might be some leaks along the way – after all, humans are not too good at keeping secrets. Having said that, we are all looking forward to the release of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge at this year’s Mobile World Congress, but this does not mean that Samsung has the monopoly over new smartphone announcements. Sony themselves are thick in the midst of the action as well, with many people looking out for the Sony Xperia Z4, while here we are with another upcoming device – the Sony Xperia M4 Aqua, being spotted in the wild, too.
A couple of photos of the alleged Sony Xperia M4 Aqua have surfaced online, where it does have its fair share of similarities with the Xperia M2 Aqua that was released not too long ago. The Sony Xperia M4 Aqua could also be known as the Sony E2303 from earlier leaks, and if that were to be the case, then it would translate to a 5.2″ 720p display, running on a Snapdragon 615 chipset with Android 5.0 Lollipop as the mobile operating system of choice, a 13MP camera at the back with a front-facing 5MP camera, and both cameras are more than capable of shooting 1080p video.
While the Xperia M2 Aqua does have a rating of IP68, which would mean it is dust-proof and capable of handling dives of up to 1.5m for 30 minutes, it would be anathema to think that the upcoming Sony Xperia M4 Aqua could not match such specifications at the very least.

The upcoming ASUS Zenfone 2 has made an appearance in the Antutu database, where it has certainly outstripped many expectations along the way. After all, achieving a 50,401 score in the benchmark is no child’s play, and it is also enough for the soon-to-be-released ASUS Zenfone 2 to rank ahead of the Snapdragon 805-powered Samsung Galaxy Note 4, not to mention the Meizu MX4 that sports a Mediatek MT6595 chipset within.
The ASUS Zenfone 2 that was tested does sport a beefy Intel Atom Z3580 chipset that has a quad-core processor which has been clocked at up to 2.33GHz. The GPU does not fall under Intel’s jurisdiction, but rather, it is the PowerVR G6430 that hails from Imagination. 2GB of RAM on board helped the Zenfone 2 be all that it is.
The device in question comes with a 5” display at 720p resolution, which means the chipset did not need to sweat too much since it has to push out under a million pixels. Other handsets in comparison do come with a higher resolution panel, which means the innards would have to work a whole lot harder. Still, it is a rather admirable effort by ASUS to come up with a handset like this – it ought to be decent enough to last for some time before the upgrade itch strikes.

We all more or less know that there is a new smartphone from Samsung that is all set to be revealed at Mobile World Congress at the beginning of next month, but that upcoming flagship device sure as heck will not be the only smartphone from the South Korean manufacturer. In fact, there will also be the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, where we do know that the live stream for both devices’ announcement is also set to happen. What we have here are some rendered images of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, which shows off the design clearly.
Do bear in mind that these are not actual photos, but renders, but the design does seem to play its part in terms of matching what has been leaked to date. In fact, one would be able to obtain a far more detailed look at the metal frame as well as the curved screen which would slope its way down on the left and right side.
At the back also lies a protruding 20MP camera, which does make its presence known in a rather obvious manner, don’t you think so? At the other end would be the hardware Home key, which is said to carry the fingerprint sensor.
