HP’s Spectre 13 is a mixture of innovation and repetition. Its singular obsession is a familiar one: make a laptop as thin as functionally possible. The result is a luxe machine worthy of your attention—but not necessarily your money.
Emoji Billiard Balls: PoolMoji
Posted in: Today's ChiliWhat do you do when you and your co-workers get a new pool table at work? Naturally you decorate all of the balls with hand-painted emoji faces. Why not? It’s a pretty fun way to play a game of pool.
The game is now called “PoolMoji” and it looks like a lot of fun. When the balls are emotionally affected by the game, it makes for a LOL night of gaming. Who needs stripes and solids? Just make it happy emotions vs. sad emotions. You can paint up your billiard balls just like these and have yourself a unique game of pool. It will impress your friends, and maybe make them sad that they are treating these balls so badly.
Somebody needs to make this an actual product we can buy. I wish I had thought of this.

Twitter is introducing Stickers to the world of Tweet photos for you and yours – sort of like Snapchat. Not that you’ll be able to place these stickers on shortened videos that explode after a short period of time, but still – the connection is there. What’s radical about this update to Twitter isn’t that you’ll be putting cartoon glasses … Continue reading

Golf is not exactly the cheapest hobby in which one can indulge in, but neither does it cost a bomb such as car racing. Still, you would need to have a substantial amount of money to get started, ranging from the set of clubs all the way to a golf club membership if you would like to get serious with things. Having said that, walking the entire course is a surefire way to end up thirsty, especially in the sweltering summer heat, and this means ordering drinks from the club’s restaurant. However, if you are in a pinch this month and would like to save some money on the side, investing in the $89.95 Golfer’s Clandestine Cooler does make plenty of sense.
As its name suggests, the Golfer’s Clandestine Cooler comes with the cooler concealed within a golfer’s shag bag. Sly swingers can then enjoy their chilled libations of choice on the links, saving money in the process. The bag surreptitiously stows enough beverages to keep an entire foursome refreshed over a full round, as it has enough room to hold a dozen 12-oz. bottles or 18 12-oz. cans, in addition to 5 lbs. of ice. It provides a welcome relief to lukewarm refreshments that are smuggled in via shorts pockets, or waiting for what seems like infinity for a chilled clubhouse beverage.

Stickers are a great way to add a layer of flair to your messages, they’re very popular among users of instant messaging services and social networks, so it’s not surprising to see Twitter come out with stickers as well. Since they’re so popular particularly among the younger demographic, Twitter appears to be following suit in a bid to remain relevant in the very competitive social media market.
Twitter users can now add stickers to their photos and get more creative with the photos that they share on the micro-blogging network. The feature will be rolled out to all users soon.
When stickers go live, users will be able to browse the rotating sets of stickers to use in real-time conversations, they will also be able to select from the library of hundreds of accessories, props, and emojis to add more fun to their photos.
Multiple stickers can be used on a photo, they can be rotated and resized as well. Stickers can be placed anywhere on a photo. Once a photo with a sticker is tweeted it becomes searchable in a new, visual spin on the hashtag. Tapping on a sticker in a tweet will take users to a new timeline where they can see how other users have made use of that sticker in their photos.
Stickers will be rolling out to Twitter for iOS and Android in the coming weeks. It will also be accessible via Twitter.com.

Researchers make it easier to squirt out the last of the shampoo with science
Posted in: Today's Chili If you’ve ever gnawed your way through a plastic bottle to get out the last delicious drops of soap you’ll be pleased to learn that researchers at The Ohio State University have created a type of plastic containing small structures that “cradle the droplets of soap aloft above tiny air pockets.” In other words, the soap never touches the bottle so it never sticks.… Read More
