TRUMP ADMINISTRATION ROLLS BACK PROTECTIONS FOR TRANSGENDER STUDENTS “President Donald Trump’s administration announced on Wednesday that it will no longer bar schools from discriminating against transgender students, rescinding a policy put in place by the previous administration.” Education Secretary Betsy DeVos was reportedly against rescinding the order and initially resisted signing off on it. Inauguration singer Jackie Evancho, whose sister Juliet is a transgender teenager, said she wanted to meet with the president about the need for transgender equality, and other celebrities spoke out against the change. Zach Galifianakis is the guest that just won’t go away in this parody skit.
On Wednesday’s broadcast of the “Late Late Show,” the actor took James Corden’s invitation at the end of a previous interview to “come by anytime” a little too literally.
No matter how Corden tried to shake off “The Hangover” star in the spoof segment, he just wouldn’t take the hint.

NASA scientists caused a stir when they announced the discovery of seven previously unknown Earth-sized planets on Wednesday.
And with the TRAPPIST-1 solar system a mere 39 light years away, it didn’t take long for hundreds of Twitter users to declare they’d be moving there to escape Donald Trump’s presidency:
Some tweeters took a different approach by suggesting that Trump could himself be sent there, alone, as a test:
Others used the news to throw shade on Trump’s controversial immigration policies, including his proposed U.S.-Mexico border wall and imminently rewritten travel ban:
Some social media users just imagined Trump’s reaction to the discovery:
Plenty of others, meanwhile, just used it to mock the intelligence of Trump and the members of his administration:

DOC Skate is a new way of getting around while going green — without requiring you to purchase a hybrid car or perhaps even to buy a fully electric Tesla P100D. If you happen to work just a few blocks from where you stay, and public transport is not as efficient in this manner as it would be walking to the office, perhaps the DOC Skate electric skateboard is going to be your cup of tea. Granted, this is not the first electric skateboard in the market and it definitely will not be the last, but check out what it has before you decide on whether to give this a go or a pass, right?
The DOC Skate will follow in the footsteps of the DOC Hoverboard as well as the DOC PRO electric scooter. This unique, super-fun device will merge both street design as well as innovative technology, and the inclusion of a gyroscope, accelerometer, and algorithm will work in tandem with one another so that the rider on the DOC Skate will feel as though he or she is “floating” on the surface, or that of “surfing” on an electric wave.
There are two modes in the DOC Skate: Slow mode which is recommended for entry-level users as it carries a maximum speed of 6 km/h in 3 seconds, while there is Speed mode which will be recommended for pro users, allowing users to arrive at a maximum speed of 15 km/h in 5 seconds. Not only that, the DOC Skate is able to fully recharge itself in a matter of 2.5 hours while sporting a guaranteed battery life of 25 km. Assuming you commute within just a few blocks each day, it should be able to last you for four or five days at the bare minimum before requiring a recharge.
Each DOC Skate can be controlled by a small remote-control, where users have the liberty to select the direction (forward/reverse,) as well as accelerate by moving the control stick forwards. Braking is simple — just shift the control stick backwards. One will be able to choose from wood/blue and wood/black versions which will retail for 529.99 Euros, while the “PLUS” model which carries Bluetooth connectivity will cost 40 Euros more.

Back in 2014, Blizzard announce that they decided to cancel Project Titan, a next-gen MMO that they had been working on for the past 7 years. However what rose from the ashes of the cancelled project is Overwatch, Blizzard’s brand new and highly successful IP that isn’t based around Diablo, Warcraft, or StarCraft.
However it seems that following the cancellation, Blizzard was actually working on two new MMOs. Speaking at the annual DICE Summit, Overwatch’s director Jeff Kaplan revealed what Blizzard was doing after Project Titan had been officially cancelled. According to Kaplan, “We spent two weeks on an MMO that was in another Blizzard universe that we haven’t made an MMO in–lot of choices for you to figure out which it was. Then we spent another two weeks on a brand-new MMO set in another, completely new intellectual property.”
It is unclear as to what happened to both of these MMOs that Blizzard was exploring, but given that they only spent a couple of weeks on each, there’s a good chance that it was only exploratory and that no actual development had been done on them. We’re not sure if either of these MMOs have been officially cancelled, but considering that Kaplan revealed them there’s a good chance they might have been.
In any case if you’re hoping for more brand new IPs or an MMO based on an existing IP from Blizzard, you probably shouldn’t hold your breath, especially considering how long Blizzard typically takes to release their games, but it’s always fun to speculate what could have been (or will be).

When it comes to the LG G6, we reckon that LG has done a lot more themselves in revealing aspects of the phone compared to the leaks and rumors that we’ve been seeing and hearing about. Just recently the company teased the fact that the LG G6 could have water-resistant features.
Now thanks to a recently uploaded video by LG themselves, the company is showing off its upcoming camera UI and one of the camera modes, which is “Square”. Presumably this “Square” camera UI has to do with the fact that it will offer users a mode to capture photos and videos that are already perfectly cropped for the likes of Instagram.
It also shows the video feature of the camera in action, and assuming that the footage we are seeing is actually recorded by the LG G6’s camera, we have to say that we are very impressed with just how buttery smooth those framerates are! There’s a good chance we are looking at least 60fps, if not higher.
Just a few days ago the company teased how the LG G6 would come with a high-quality camera with a wide-angle lens. We’re not sure if this is so obvious in this teaser video, but check back with us next week if you’d like to know all the official details.

With Bethesda releasing a HD remake of Skyrim, we’re sure some gamers were hoping that they might do the same for some of the older The Elder Scrolls titles, such as Morrowind. Unfortunately last year Bethesda already shot down the idea but the good news is that gamers will be able to revisit Morrowind in the upcoming The Elder Scrolls Online expansion.
Announced last month, gamers who are interested in seeing what the upcoming expansion will offer in terms of gameplay will be pleased to learn that Bethesda has since released the gameplay trailer for the upcoming expansion. This is probably the closest we can expect to seeing a HD Morrowind remake, and so far Bethesda has not disappointed.
The gameplay trailer also shows off some new features of the game such as new enemies, new weapons, new armor, and it also gives us a glimpse at the upcoming new class that is the Warden. The Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind expansion is currently set for a release on the 6th of June, 2017 where it will be available for gamers on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC. If you have a few minutes to spare, then maybe you might want to check out the gameplay trailer above for some of the details.
