Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy Will Be A PS4 Exclusive

Back when the first Sony PlayStation was launched, one of the ways Sony would promote the console and its capabilities was by putting demos of the console all over the place. One of the demo games that Sony would use was Crash Bandicoot which has become something of a classic, kind of like what Mario is to Nintendo.

This is why you can imagine that there are gamers who are pretty psyched about Crash Bandicoot making a return in the Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy. Now if you were hoping that in this day and age the game would be available for other platforms, you will be disappointed to learn that it will not. In response to a gamer asking that question, the PlayStation Ireland Twitter account confirmed that the game will be a PS4 exclusive.

Like we said, Crash Bandicoot was more or less what defined the PlayStation console back in the day, so we guess it shouldn’t be surprising that Sony still wants to make the game exclusive to their platforms. We’re not sure if this is a timed exclusive or permanent exclusive, but maybe you shouldn’t hold your breath if you were hoping to get it on the Xbox or PC or Nintendo Switch.

Metal Gear Solid Film Director Wants To Keep It True To The Series

In case you didn’t know, there is a Metal Gear Solid movie in the works. Now we know that video game adaptations have never really turned out well, so forgive us if we’re a bit skeptical about how this particular movie will turn out as well. However the good news is that it looks like its director plans to keep it true to the series.

Speaking to Collider in an interview, the movie’s director Jordan Vogt-Roberts was quoted as saying, “I think it’d be a massive film, I think it’d be an incredible film, but it needs to be done in a way that completely honors what Metal Gear is because it’s a classic and it’s a seminal work not just in video games, but in media.”

Vogt-Roberts also talks about how he grew up with the franchise, which is why he believes that he needs to “honor” it by making sure it stays true to its roots. “Luckily there are amazing producers on it, but that’s a property that is so pure and important to my soul, because it’s something that I grew up on, that I would love to shepherd into the film that it needs to be.”

Unfortunately there is still no timeline as to what the Metal Gear Solid movie will be released, but hopefully the time in between will help the movie’s producers and writers create a movie that will honor the franchise.

Bethesda Has A New Mobile Game In The Works

Bethesda isn’t necessarily a name you might think of when it comes to mobile games, but the company’s launch of Fallout Shelter proved to be a rather surprising success. This is why it doesn’t really come as a surprise to learn that Bethesda has a new mobile game in the works, as revealed during an interview with Glixel.

According to the interview, Bethesda Game Studios executive producer Todd Howard revealed that the company is working on a new mobile game. According to Howard, “The game we’re doing is a very different style game, unique in the space. There isn’t something else we’re looking at for style.”

Speaking about what they learnt from Fallout Shelter, Howard said,  “It was a huge surprise to us. Particularly how successful it was. We’ve got – what – 75 million players now? The one takeaway was that the game is somewhat unique, so for the thing we’re doing next we wanted to continue to do that. We need to not look too hard at what’s working well for other people.”

Bethesda never shied away from the fact that they were interested in creating more mobile games. In fact the company even opened up a new studio that would further their mobile efforts, as long as it made sense.

Is Pluto a planet or not? Depending the age of whom you ask, and depending they keep up with the latest new, they might answer yes or now. At least that’s the sentiment that NASA scientists, led by New Horizon principal investigator Alan Stern, is giving off … Continue reading

The Tiny Donald Trump Meme Just Got Taken To The Next Level

Introducing #TinyTrump: The moving picture sequel.

Internet users collectively LOL’ed last week when Photoshopped images of a miniaturized version of President Donald Trump going about his daily business went viral.

YouTube channel Evil Ice Cream Pictures has now taken the meme to the next level by giving the concept a video makeover.

We saw all those stills of Tiny Trump and were like that’s cool but why not do it in motion, a.k.a. next level meme it,” the YouTubers posted on Sunday. “Wait, we could do that. So we did.”

Rush Limbaugh: Barack Obama 'Got Everything He Wanted' Because He's Black

Right-wing talk-show host Rush Limbaugh claims any legislative success President Barack Obama enjoyed during his first year in office was because of the color of his skin.

“You have the first African-American president. You have everybody falling all over themselves to acknowledge that, to reward that,” Rush told Chris Wallace on “Fox News Sunday,” adding:

“Obama was going to get everything he wanted in the first year because if anybody opposed it, they were going to be accused of being a racist, or a bigot, or who knows what.”

Limbaugh also blamed Democrats for “driving this business that the Russians hacked the election” because “they just can’t accept that they lost.”

See the full interview above. The comments about Obama take place at about 8:25.
