Yoda Approves of This Dagobah Terrarium Does He

If you want your frogs, lizards, and other cold-blooded creatures to undergo their Jedi training, this is the perfect place for it. They will enter as humble pollywog padawans and emerge as powerful swamp Jedi.

Aside from not having any Luke and Yoda figures in here, this is an awesome habitat for frogs and the like. It is absolutely beautiful. It looks just like Dagobah and has a great smoky atmosphere. Of course you have to give your animals little lightsabers now and hope that they survive their training. Maybe throw a backpack in there so they can recreate Luke’s training scene.

I wish I had one of these in my house.

Nintendo Switch’s Pro Controller Works Natively With PC

When it comes to gaming controllers for the PC, there are quite a few options to choose from, such as those released by Logitech, Razer, and even Microsoft’s Xbox controllers which can be used with the PC for gaming. Now it seems that you will be able to add Nintendo to that list as it has been discovered that the Switch’s Pro controller works natively with the PC.

In a post on Reddit and subsequently a video uploaded onto YouTube, it seems that gamers have confirmed that the Pro controller will work natively with the PC as a gaming controller and that you won’t have to fiddle around with software or tools to get it to work properly. We’re not sure if this was an intentional design by Nintendo, but either way if you are planning to get a Switch, know that the Pro controller can also be used with the PC so you can save yourself money on purchasing extra peripherals.

For those unfamiliar, the Nintendo Switch’s Pro controller is basically your standard gamepad design. This is versus the Joy-Con controllers attached to either side of the Switch. The Pro controller might be more preferable for some gamers as its layout is more familiar, and the fact that it is bigger which also means that it is easier to hold. However its size means that bringing it around with you might not necessarily be ideal.

Vizio Unveils New And Affordable 4K TVs

When you think of large screen TVs with a 4K resolution, there’s a good chance you’re probably thinking about how expensive such setups will cost. We’ve seen how some brands and depending on the size, can beyond the $1,000 limit, which frankly speaking is more than what some out there would pay.

However if you wanted a 4K big screen TV that does not break the bank, you’ll be interested to learn that Vizio has announced their all-new 2017 VIZIO SmartCast E-Series collection. The E-series collection will come a variety of sizes, ranging from 32-inches to 80-inches, but if you wanted 4K HDR TVs, then these models start at 55-inches and above.

According to Vizio, “With advanced picture quality technologies like High Dynamic Range with HDR10 content support on the 55” class size and above, the E-Series is one of the most feature-rich entry-level options available to consumers.  Unlike edge-lit LED backlight displays, VIZIO utilizes a powerful Full-Array LED backlight and up to 16 Active LED Zones that dynamically adjust to on-screen content, producing dark, inky black levels much richer than edge-lit LED backlight displays can deliver.”

In terms of cost, like we said these TVs are pretty affordable with the base 32-inch model starting at $210, while the 55-inch model we mentioned above with HDR is priced at $550. If you want to go all out, the top of the line 80-inch 4K HDR model will retail for $3,400. All of this sounds great, and depending on you, it might be enough to forgive the company for their privacy snafu.

Google Hits The Brakes On Future Pixel-Branded Laptops

[MWC 2017] Back in 2013, Google launched their first Pixel Chromebook laptop which thinking back now, was the precursor to the company releasing more Pixel branded tablets and smartphones and ultimately moving away from the Nexus brand. The company followed up with the Pixel 2 in 2015 which last we heard, had been discontinued back in late 2016.

However if you’re hoping that we would be getting a Pixel 3 this year, you might be disappointed to learn that will not be happening. According to a report from TechCrunch, it seems that Google held a small meeting with journalists during MWC 2017 in which the company’s SVP for Hardware Rick Osterloh announced that Google would no longer be making Pixel-branded laptops anymore.

To be clear the decision to end the Pixel laptops does not mean that Chrome OS will be going anywhere or that Chromebooks will end as well. It just means that Google has decided that they no longer want to make their own branded laptops anymore. Osterloh also reminded journalists that the units previously available in the market have already been sold out and that there are no plans to make anymore either, so don’t expect to be able to find a Pixel 2 if you’re hoping to console yourself.

We’re not sure why Google decided to pull out of the laptop game, especially when we have been hearing rumors about the Pixel 3 laptop already, but either way we guess if you’re looking for a Chromebook, Google won’t be a brand you’ll be able to consider in the future.

Last but not least, there is Eclipse Blue, which is comfortable to wear in its own gemlike shadow, and is hypnotic to look at.

There are five standard Urbanears shades in the market: Indigo, Tomato, Black, Dark Grey, and White.
