A big congratulations goes out to Erin Andrews

The “Dancing with the Stars” co-host and sportscaster, 39, married former NHL player Jarret Stoll in a romantic, intimate ceremony in Montana on Saturday (his 35th birthday!), her rep confirmed to People. The couple reportedly said their “I dos” at sunset, with Andrews wearing a gorgeous white, off-the-shoulder gown with her hair pulled back. Stoll looked dapper in a black tuxedo.

A small group of family and friends celebrated at a reception, designed by celebrity wedding planner Yifat Oren.

Andrews took to Instagram earlier in the week to share a photo of a Montana sunset, simply writing, “Stop.”

Andrews and Stoll got engaged last December after dating for three years. They’ve supported each other through many ups and downs, most recently Andrews’ cervical cancer diagnosis in September 2016, which she kept secret until this year.

“I’m somebody who never misses a doctor’s appointment,” she told HuffPost of the surprise diagnosis. “That’s why I think my situation was so scary and so unbelievable. I hadn’t missed an annual with my gynecologist. This came up over a year and it really took us by shock.”

Andrews said the entire situation made her relationship with Stoll stronger than ever, as she saw that he would stand by her side through the toughest of times.

“We hadn’t even been discussing marriage. We hadn’t discussed babies! It really puts things on the fast track for you — because you have an oncologist saying to you, ‘We highly recommend that you guys do your embryos right now, freeze them,’” she told Health magazine. “I’m like, ‘Hi, hon. I love you. I hope we’re spending  our lives together.’ And he was amazing.”

Cheers to the happy couple!

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered was not offered as a standalone title initially, but now the company confirmed that it can be purchased on its on. Activision has confirmed when the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered release for PlayStation 4 is going to take place.

The remastered version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare brings the same single-player story campaign and multiplayer maps as the original title which was released back in 2007. The graphics have obviously been improved.

Windows 10 Source Code Leaked Online In Parts

Multiple reports suggest that Microsoft’s Windows 10 source code has been leaked online in parts this week. The leaked files related to Microsoft’s USB, Wi-Fi, and storage drivers in Windows 10. Microsoft has confirmed that it has conducted a review which reveals that the files are “actually a portion of the source code from the Shared Source Initiative and is used by OEMs and partners.”

The leaked files were posted to Beta Archie. It’s a fan website which tracks Windows releases. Members are asked to make Windows-related contributions if they want free access to a private FTP service that has archived Windows builds.

Even though the leak doesn’t reflect nicely on the company, it’s not like the leaked code isn’t already shared by Microsoft with governments, enterprises, OEM partners, and other customers who license it through the Shared Source program.

Microsoft confirmed in an email to The Verge that it had reviewed the files that were published to Beta Archive’s FTP, adding that they are a part of its Shared Source Kit. The leaked files also include Microsoft’s Windows 10 Mobile Adaption Kit and some builds of ARM-based versions of Windows 10.

The site’s owner has mentioned that the leaked source code was just 1.2GB in size even though some reports suggest that over 32TB of data has been leaked. He also mentioned that the leaked source code has been removed from Beta Archive and that Microsoft did not force the site to delete it. Beta Archive decided to do it on its own.

Rayz Rally is a pocket-sized Lightning-powered conference speaker

rayz-rallyEver wished that your speaker would be able to pack more of a punch, without losing any of its efficiency while sporting a very reasonable price tag? Pioneer has more or less successfully achieved this via the Rayz Rally. The Rayz Rally carries the distinction of being the first Lightning-powered portable speaker which is able to transform the iPhone into a conference speakerphone that is loud enough to fill the boardroom. It will not only be able to take advantage of the iOS app, but will also make use of innovative Lightning accessories in order for the listeners to enjoy a completely new experience.

The Rayz Rally will utilize Apple’s newest Lightning audio technology, that is powered by Avnera Corporation’s LightX platform, in order to deliver simple and smart solutions for today’s mobile consumers. Since it arrives in a form factor that is small enough to fit into your pocket, you might think it has a “small” performance factor, too. However, things work differently since the Rayz Rally can amplify your call experience unlike ever before.

It also carries the proud distinction of being the first Lightning-powered plug-and-play speaker in the world. It will be different from other kinds of portable conference speakers, since the Rally does not have any battery whatsoever. Rather, it will draw its power from the iPhone that it is plugged into, allowing it to work every single time at your beck and call. The LightX platform helps the Rally to minimize the power usage whenever it remains plugged into the iPhone’s Lightning port. It is also versatile in its functionality, allowing it to be used for Internet calling on the iPad and iPod touch, and on the Mac and PC via a standard Lightning to USB cable.

Those who are interested in the Rayz Rally Lightning powered conference speakers will have to fork out $99.95 for it from Apple.com and Apple stores worldwide.

LG V30 Wireless Charging Support Rumored

LG is due to launch its second flagship smartphone for the year in the coming weeks. The LG V30 will reportedly be unveiled this September at the IFA 2017 convention in Berlin. The company hasn’t confirmed any of that as yet but there have already been countless rumors and reports about the handset itself. It’s now being claimed that the new V series device from LG may have support for wireless charging.

The latest rumor will have you believe that the LG V30 wireless charging support is going to be a permanent fixture on the new handset. If that really is the case, then it’s possible that the handset may have a glass back.

It’s also claimed that just because there’s going to be a glass back doesn’t mean the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor will be done away with. The LG V30 is expected to have a fingerprint sensor at the back, possibility positioned below the handset’s dual-camera system.

It goes without saying that all of this based on unofficial information so nothing is set in stone at this point in time. The LG V30 may be somewhat different compared to what we’ve heard about the device so far, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

Galaxy Note 8 May Be Samsung’s Most Expensive Smartphone Yet

Samsung’s flagship devices have prices to match and that makes perfect sense. Devices like the Galaxy S8 have been very well received and many will argue that the company is justified to charge what it does for its flagship devices. However, could it ever be considered to be charging too much for a handset? You might think that when you find what the rumor mill expects the Galaxy Note 8 to cost.

Pricing for handsets obviously varies by market. For example, the Galaxy S8+ costs $850 in the United States, while it may cost more than $1000 in countries where taxes and other tariffs are higher, not to mention the value of the currency itself.

The Galaxy S8+ is currently the most expensive smartphone that Samsung sells regardless of wherever you are in the world. However, it’s now believed that the Galaxy Note 8 might kick things up a notch by asking for €999.

This obviously doesn’t mean that the Galaxy Note 8 will cost $999 in the United States but it’s certainly going to be priced in the same ballpark if this information is accurate.

So what will you get for almost a thousand dollars of your hard-earned money? A handset with a 6.3-inch curved AMOLED Infinity Display with a Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. It may also feature a 3,300mAh battery, a dual camera system, the S Pen, and Bixby.

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Note 8 in the last week of August.
