Man Reveals Genius Way To Beat Any Kid At Hide And Seek

This guy has got it all figured out when it comes to hide and seek.

In a new video, a man deploys the ultimate weapon while searching for a boy who’s hiding from him― a pretend fart sound.

After hearing the fake flatulence, the concealed youngster just can’t stop himself from laughing ― which gives up his hiding spot under a duvet.

YouTube user PeterADean shared the adorable clip online Friday, and it’s now going viral. Victory to the (fake) wind-breaker!

Milo Ventimiglia And Stephen Colbert Honor 1 Kind Of Dad This Father's Day

Hot TV dads are finally getting their dues.

On Friday’s “Late Show,” host Stephen Colbert teamed up with actor Milo Ventimiglia to lightheartedly pay tribute to a “subset of fathers” who they said were “desperately overlooked” each Father’s Day.

“People like me, who play dads on TV — and are hot,” explained Ventimiglia, who portrays father-of-triplets Jack Pearson in NBC’s “This Is Us.”

The pair then honored a bunch of “hot TV dads,” before this somehow happened:

Bill Maher Rips Donald Trump's Cabinet For ‘Verbally Fellating’ Their 'Dear Leader'

Bill Maher has blasted President Donald Trump’s cabinet members for losing their self-respect.

On Friday, the “Real Time” host mercilessly mocked all the members of the cabinet who sycophantically heaped praise on Trump during their first meeting on Monday.

“Trump started things off by blowing himself, then they all took turns around the table verbally fellating the ‘Dear Leader,’” said Maher, whose comments came two weeks after he apologized for using a racial slur on live TV.

“These are cabinet members, these people used to have dignity. They were Republicans but they had dignity,” Maher added, before suggesting how future GOPers may eulogize Trump.

Bold, Gay Teacher Of The Year Photo Bombs Donald Trump With Fan

Relaxed, smiling broadly, President Donald Trump likely had no idea what Rhode Island teacher of the year Nikos Giannopoulos was doing just behind his back the moment a special Oval Office photo was snapped. Giannopoulos, sporting a rainbow pin in his lapel, posed with a lacy fan to make a point. Now the photo with him and both Donald and Melania Trump is drawing scads of views on his Facebook page.

Giannopoulos, who teaches 11th and 12th graders at Beacon Charter High School for the Arts in Woonsocket, visited the White House with other “teachers of the year” in April. He received the photo of his moment with Trump this week and immediately posted it.

He said he wore the pin “to represent my gratitude for the LGBTQ community that has taught me to be proud, bold, and empowered by my identity — even when circumstances make that difficult.” He brought the fan that day to  “celebrate the joy and freedom of gender nonconformity.”

“When I met the president as Rhode Island’s state teacher of the year, I did not know what to expect,” he wrote on Facebook after the photo was taken. “After a lengthy security process, we were welcomed into the Roosevelt Room where we each met Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos. Shortly thereafter, we walked into the Oval Office. The man seated at the desk read prepared remarks from a sheet of paper and made some comments about CEOs and which states he ‘loved,’ based on electoral votes that he had secured. He did not rise from his seat to present the national teacher of the year with her much-deserved award, nor did he allow her to speak.”

Giannopoulos wanted to speak to the president, but none of the teachers got the chance (though Trump did tell him that he was “very stylish” with his fan as the teachers gathered around the president, Giannopoulos told Yahoo). He had wanted to tell Trump that “queer lives matter and anti-LGBTQ policies have a body count.” Giannopoulos said he also wanted to tell the president how the LGBTQ community is hurt by “politicians callously attacking our right to love or merely exist.”

He said now when he thinks of the day he “will not remember the person seated at the desk.” Giannopoulos said he’ll remember the students he has taught and the other teachers with him that day, including one who presented Trump with letters from her refugee student, “pleading with him to hear their voices.”

Mark Hamill Expertly Mocks The Fake News Of His Own Death

Mark Hamill got the chance to write his own amusing obituary after fake news of his death spread online Friday.

The “Star Wars” actor mourned himself after a fake account falsely purporting to be from HuffPost claimed that he’d died:

“MUCH OF NATION MOURNS-RIP,” wrote Hamill in response to the lie.

He also dubbed himself a “wonderful-underrated” and “beloved icon” who was “truly a legend in his own mind.” He ended the post with the hashtags #SoGladIGotToMeetHim and #KindaSad.

Twitter has since suspended the fake @HuffPoGlobalPol account, but Hamill later shared this screenshot of the post to give context to his eulogy:

It’s not the first time this year that Hamill has been prematurely declared dead by people on the internet. He responded in similar hilarious style in February:

Hamill’s wry response to the latest bogus news of his demise appeared to delight many of his fans:

Wonder Woman Inspires Crazy Sword-In-The-Dress Memes

Wonder Woman knows that a sword tucked carefully down the back of a dress can come in handy. Now apparently lots of other women are imagining what that honed steel could do.

Women and girls are popping up for photos on social media with some facsimile of Diana Prince’s handy-dandy sword — known as the “God killer” — slipped down the back of their dresses. They’re mostly posing in gowns a bit like the dress Wonder Woman wore in the scene when she attends a party with the sword where she can grab it quickly.

Photos are being posted at #WWGotYourBack, making the point that a good weapon can help a clever girl — and that women can have each other’s backs.

Lots of posers on social media get close to the Diana Prince vibe. Others aren’t quite so relaxed around sharpened edges that could slice skin, so they’ve gone the safety route — with wooden or plastic swords, light sabers, even pool noodles, or just a tattoo.

I’m not obsessed. We’re obsessed. #wonderwoman #Idomyownstunts #wwgotyourback

Some wags made fun of the utter ridiculousness of actually wearing a sword a la Wonder Woman — so they stuck even larger things down their back — like a bow, giant sabers, and …

Take that.

Donald Trump's Attorney Marc Kasowitz Hit With Ethics Complaints

Complaints have been lodged with the District of Columbia and New York City Bar Associations against President Donald Trump’s personal defense attorney Marc Kasowitz, calling for an investigation to determine if he has breached rules of professional conduct.

Separate complaints were filed over the week against Kasowitz by the Campaign for Accountability, a nonprofit government watchdog organization, and by attorney Neil Goldfarb, a former board member of the American Civil Liberties Union. They both allege that Kasowitz may have inappropriately counseled other White House staffers while representing the president, raising conflict-of-interest concerns.

In addition, the CAF complaint alleges that Kasowitz is not currently authorized to practice law in Washington, D.C.

Mark Corallo, a spokesman for Kasowitz, dismissed the complaints in a statement to Law.com, calling them “obviously politically motivated” and “based on press reports, which were based on anonymous sources.”

Trump has called on his longtime personal attorney to represent him as investigations heat up into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Trump acknowledged Friday that he is now a target of a probe by Special Counsel Robert Mueller into possible obstruction of justice linked to the president’s firing of former FBI Director James Comey.

Last week, Kasowitz issued a statement characterizing Comey’s testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee as very positive for the president (which he spelled “predisent”). He threatened to file legal complaints against Comey because of Comey’s admission that he had given a memo about a meeting with Trump to a friend and asked the friend to give it to a reporter.

Kasowitz, a member of the New York bar, has been advising Trump and reportedly other members of the president’s staff, even though he is not currently authorized to practice law in the District of Columbia, according to the CAF complaint. He told White House aides it was not yet necessary to hire their own private attorneys, The New York Times reported, citing anonymous sources. Such behavior could be construed as a conflict of interest.

“By meeting with White House staff within the White House complex and offering the legal opinion that those staffers need not hire counsel, [Kasowitz] may have engaged in the unauthorized practice of law,” the CAF complaint states. “In addition, by advising White House staff members, who are not represented by counsel and who have a reasonable possibility of having interests that conflict with those of Mr. Kasowitz’s client, President Trump, Mr. Kasowitz appears to have violated” a rule of professional conduct concerning conflicts of interest.

Goldfarb similarly pointed out in his complaint that “there is obviously a very reasonable possibility that [aides’] personal interests are in conflict with those of President Trump’s.”

The complaints from CAF and Goldfarb come as another of Trump’s private attorneys, Mark Cohen, confirmed to The Washington Post that he has hired his own lawyer to represent his interests during federal investigations into possible ties between Russia and the Trump campaign team.

'Julius Caesar' Halted As Protester Storms Stage, Another Screams At 'Nazis'

Commotion erupted briefly Friday night in New York City’s Central Park as a protester stormed an outdoor stage during the assassination scene of Shakespeare’s “Julius Caesar,” while another shouted from the audience, calling the crowd watching the provocative play “Nazis.”

The New York Public Theater’s presentation of the 400-year-old play features actors in modern-day garb and attempts to explore issues of politics, idealism, plots and dictators in Shakespeare’s examination of Caesar’s life and death. The actor playing Caesar sports a navy blue suit, a red tie and reddish blonde hair, and grabs at his wife’s crotch in a characterization that evokes President Donald Trump.

The wild scene at Friday’s performance was captured in videos posted to Twitter, including one by the protester in the audience ― Jack Posobiec, a Trump fan and “Pizzagateconspiracy theorist.

Just as the assassination scene was beginning Friday night, Laura Loomer, a right-wing activist, barged onstage. “Stop the normalization of political violence against the right,” she shouted. “This is not acceptable.” A voice on the loudspeaker then announced: “Ladies and gentlemen, we’re going to pause. We’re going to pause. Security. Security.”

As security came to corral Loomer, the audience booed her, then applauded as she was escorted away.

That’s when Posobiec jumped up, shouting to the rest of the crowd, “You are all Nazis like Joseph Goebbels” ― a reference to Adolf Hitler’s minister of propaganda. “This is all Goebbels. You are inciting terrorists. Goebbels would be proud. You are Nazis.”

Again, the audience loudly booed Posobiec as he was taken away by security. The play resumed after he and Loomer were removed.

Loomer ― a reporter with The Rebel Media, a far-right Canadian outlet that started a “Free Laura” campaign Friday evening ― and Posobiec held a Twitter press conference after they were taken to the Central Park Precinct. Loomer said she’d been charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing, which she called “kinda weird because it’s a public park.” She said she has set up a website for contributions to her “legal defense fund.”

The play has drawn controversy for its assassination scene, where Caesar is killed by the Roman Senate. Delta Air Lines and Bank of America yanked their sponsorship of the production this week.

Donald Trump Jr., the president’s eldest son, retweeted a complaint about the play after a gunman opened fire Wednesday on a GOP congressional baseball practice, critically wounding House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) and injuring three others.

The theater has defended the work, which can be interpreted as a cautionary tale that warns against violence. In the play, the republic falls apart shortly after Caesar’s assassination.

“Our production of ‘Julius Caesar’ in no way advocates violence towards anyone,” the theater said in a statement. “Shakespeare’s play, and our production, make the opposite point: those who attempt to defend democracy by undemocratic means pay a terrible price and destroy the very thing they are fighting to save.”
