Trevor Noah: When Will Donald Trump Stop Yammering About Hillary Clinton?

How long is Donald Trump going to complain about Hillary Clinton? It could be a while, “The Daily Show” host Trevor Noah warned Thursday.

When the Grim Reaper comes for Trump, he will ask why, oh why, can’t it be “Crooked Hillary” dying instead of him. And the Grim Reaper will reveal itself to actually be Clinton, Noah quips.

Noah was responding to Trump’s tweets earlier in the day that expressed astonishment that he is apparently being investigated by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. “Why is [it] that Hillary Clintons family and Dems dealings with Russia are not looked at, but my non-dealings are?” Trump wondered.

Can’t get enough of those random tweets? Fear not. “The Daily Show” will display Trump’s “greatest tweets” for three days beginning Friday at its tongue-in-cheek pop-up Trump Twitter Library, just steps from Trump Tower in Manhattan. The exhibit is free and open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.

Seth Meyers Zings Donald Trump With DJ Khaled's Famous Catchphrase

Bless up! Seth Meyers used a DJ Khaled quote to poke fun at President Donald Trump on Thursday.

The “Late Night” host noted in his “A Closer Look” segment the irony of how Trump has reportedly ended up under investigation for possible obstruction of justice.

Meyers explained how former FBI Director James Comey had assured Trump he was not personally under investigation as part of any probe into potential Russian interference with the 2016 election. But when Comey refused to repeat his assurance publicly, Trump fired him. That led to him reportedly being placed under investigation, a move the president described as a “witch-hunt.”

Meyers described the whole situation as “one of the greatest self-owns in political history.” “I want to get rid of this boomerang,” he said, imitating Trump’s voice. “Oh, I know, I’ll throw it.”

He then used the “immortal words” of DJ Khaled to sum it all up.

Check out the full segment above.
