New God Of War Gameplay And Combat Videos Released

There’s a lot of excitement for the upcoming God of War title and Sony Interactive Entertainment and Sony Santa Monica are plugging into that hype today with the release of two new God of War videos that highlight the title’s gameplay and combat mechanics. Fans of this franchise will certainly know that combat is one of the most important elements of God of War so they will certainly be interested to see what improvements have been made to this element.

Director Cory Barlog and Lead Gameplay Designer Jason McDonald are featured in the first video which is all about the new combat mechanics of God of War. The video goes into detail about the thought process behind the design as well. There’s a lot of gameplay footage from God of War running on a PlayStation 4 Pro in this video which is something that’s always welcomed by fans.

The second video highlights several sequences from the title while some members of the development detail talk more about the in-game systems and mechanics. It’s the longest video that has been released for this title so far and it provides a good look at the gameplay itself.

Expect Sony to hype up this title even further in the coming days. The new God of War game is a PlayStation 4 exclusive and it’s going to be released on April 20th.

Sea Of Thieves Server Access Rolling Out Now


Many Xbox fans are anxiously awaiting the release of Sea of Thieves and the good news is that the title’s release draws near with each passing hour. Sea of Thieves will finally be released to the public in a few hours and those who have been looking forward to this title will be able to play together to sail the seas and take on the world’s creatures in a bid to find treasure. They will need to know what time the servers will go live in their region before they can do that, though, which is why a support page has been posted with details of server access for Sea of Thieves.

Sea of Thieves is going to be officially released for the Xbox One and PC on March 20th. Those who have an Xbox Game Pass subscription will be able to download the game for no additional charge on the launch day. New Xbox One X customers get a free copy of this title with every purchase.

The Sea of Thieves support page contains an article which includes a list of all the regions and times for server access. This list makes it easy to ascertain when the servers will go live in each region so that Xbox owners can plan accordingly to start playing this exclusive title.

Servers will go live throughout the day with players in the United States being able to play starting tonight at 9 pm PDT. It should already be playable in New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, and Japan.
