Coming in 120GB, 240GB, 480GB and 960GB capacities, these slim 2.5-inch SSDs (7mm thick) are built with 3D TLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface, a Marvell 88SS1074 controller, 256-bit AES Hardware Encryption support and an MTBF of 1 million hours.
