CD Projekt earned a name for itself for The Witcher RPG series but, after three mainline titles, it was high time for a change. Cyberpunk 2077 promised to be that change, primarily in setting and treatment. Team17, the company best known for the Worm series of games, has announced the launch of its next game, Overcooked 2. For those unfamiliar, Overcooked is a game that was released back in 2016. It is a cooking game that focuses on teamwork where players will have to work together to complete orders in challenging situations.
For those who have successfully completed every stage and gotten 3 stars for it and are looking for more content, you’ll be pleased to learn that Overcooked 2 has since been officially announced. Rumors of Overcooked 2 were hinted at earlier this month in a leak that revealed Nintendo’s E3 plans, and it looks like those rumors have since been proven true.
Overcooked 2 will be more or less the same in terms of gameplay as its predecessor. There will of course be brand new obstacles and challenges that players will have to overcome, and also new recipes that they’ll have to cook. There are also new characters that players can choose from.
Interestingly enough Overcooked 2 will also feature support for online multiplayer, meaning that players will be able to find other players to play with. It will continue to support local multiplayer. The game will be released on the 7th of August, 2018 where it will launch on the Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, PS4, and the PC via Steam.

Just like how with pretty much every Nintendo console release we can expect to see new Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., and Super Mario games, there were some gamers who were undoubtedly wondering where the Mario Party game was for the Nintendo Switch which was launched last year.
For those who were worried that maybe Nintendo might have forgotten, worry not because Nintendo has since officially announced Super Mario Party, the last installment in the Mario Party franchise. The concept of Super Mario Party will be similar to previous releases, except that Nintendo has designed the game to take advantage of some of the Switch’s hardware, like mini-games designed to be played on the Joy-Cons.
Super Mario Play will continue to offer support for four players and they will race across the board to attempt to collect Stars. Like we said, Nintendo will be taking advantage of the Switch console’s uniqueness and will let players link up multiple consoles together to form a single giant display, changing the map, and allowing players to create different formations.
Super Mario Party is expected to see a release later this year on the 5th of October. Until then you can check out the game’s trailer in the video above.

There are apps that sometimes request your permission to grant them access to your contacts. For example if you download a VoIP app or a messenger app or a social networking app, it sometimes asks for access to your contacts to help you find friends, create a phonebook, and so on, and for the most part it makes sense.
However there are some who abuse the access and actually takes that information and sells it to marketers and advertisers. However for iOS users, it seems that Apple has had enough. The company has recently made some changes to its App Store rules last week where they are limiting how developers and apps make use information about the user’s friends/contacts.
Apple has been promoting its stance on protecting the privacy of their users, especially in this day and age where we’re seeing a lot of privacy-related scandals, especially from huge companies such as Facebook. The change to the App Store’s rules also means that developers caught selling contact information will be banned.
It is unclear as to how Apple plans on enforcing those rules or how they will check, but we suppose at the very least there are measures put into place that could discourage developers from heading down that path.
