I apologize to Justin Trudeau, too,” actors said one day after Tony Awards speech slamming the president.
When Hideo Kojima left Konami and established his own indie studio, it was perhaps expected he would carry on the legacy of his Metal Gear series, especially with the studio’s logo. Death Stranding, however, is anything but. The first trailer was nothing short of disturbing and it seems that every trailer hence have just stepped up that feeling. This year’s … Continue reading
Marvel’s Spider-Man was perhaps the most anticipated PS4 exclusive heading into E3 2018 (though it certainly faces some stiff competition from The Last of Us Part 2), and Sony delivered quite the impressive trailer during its showcase. While previous trailers have shown us Spider-Man swinging around Manhattan and going one-on-one with Mister Negative, this latest trailer throws many of Spider-Man’s … Continue reading
Bungie promised that Destiny 2’s next big expansion, titled Forsaken, will change the game forever. What they didn’t confirm until know is how it’s being changed in perhaps the most dramatic way possible. Well, actually some fans already called it, but it’s still quite another thing to see it confirmed and “final”. The latest trailer for Destiny 2: Forsaken is … Continue reading

A couple of weeks ago, Ubisoft teased their next Assassin’s Creed game. This came hot on the heels of a leaked photo which suggested that the next Assassin’s Creed game could be taking place in Greece, which Ubisoft hinted at in a very brief teaser video which showed a scene similar to the 300 movie.
For those wondering about the game, wonder no more as Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has been officially unveiled in full at E3 2018. Players will be able to choose from two Spartan outcasts-turned-mercenaries, Alexios or Kassandra, with Ubisoft claiming that the game will be very dynamic as a lot of what happens is the result of the player’s choice, meaning that it won’t be as linear as some might be worried about.
According to Ubisoft, “Beginning with the decision of which character to play as, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey gives players the ability to make story-altering choices by navigating interactive dialogue, making or rejecting alliances, and pursuing romance. Assisted by a mysterious First Civilization artifact, the Spear of Leonidas, you’ll also be able to unlock new, seemingly supernatural abilities as you journey through Greece, hunting secretive enemies, meeting famous historical figures, encountering myths, and fighting in huge battles between Athens and Sparta.”
Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is currently set for a release on the 5th of October, 2018 where it will be launching on the Xbox One, PS4, and the PC. No mention of the Nintendo Switch so we guess Switch gamers probably shouldn’t get their hopes up just yet.
