Galaxy Note 9 price might not be so bad after all

All almost everything about the Galaxy Note 9 already known, at least as far as leaks go, the most reasonable question now is about its price tag. The answer is pretty complicated, depending on who you ask and, more importantly, where. While we have no delusions it won’t be more expensive than last year’s model, given the specs we’ve heard … Continue reading

Heroes of the Storm: High Inquisitor Whitemane Hero Spotlight

The other day Blizzard teased a new character would be added to the company’s MOBA, Heroes of the Storm. This new hero comes in the form of Whiteman, or High Inquisitor Whitemane as many World of Warcraft players have probably come to know her as. Now it looks like more details have been revealed.

According to Blizzard’s description, “As the High Inquisitor of the Scarlet Crusade, Sally Whitemane zealously leads her champions in a never-ending war against the undead. Under her guiding Light, all who have been touched by the plague of death will be purged by her cleansing flame… even those who attempt to hide in the Nexus!”

As expected based on her character from World of Warcraft, Whitemane in Heroes of the Storm will have a support role. She comes with various abilities that will heal allies and will also give them buffs. She also has an ability that will slow enemies down. The hero will also have a heroic ability that will grant nearby allies buffs, and also another heroic ability that can damage groups of enemies at once, which will synergize nicely with some of her other abilities.

That being said, there’s no word on when Whitemane will be added into the game, but you can check out some of her abilities in action in the video above.

Stranger Things Season 3 Will Only Arrive In The Summer Of 2019

Last year it was confirmed that Netflix’s “Stranger Things” would be renewed for a third season, and just a few months ago, production began. That being said, many are probably wondering when the third season might be released, and unfortunately there is some bad news as it might arrive a little later than expected.

According to Netflix’s programming executive Cindy Holland, it seems that the third season for Stranger Things won’t be back until the summer of 2019. According to Holland, “It’s a handcrafted show. The Duffer Brothers and Shawn Levy, they understand the stakes are high. They want to deliver something bigger and better than last year. I think it’s going to be a fantastic season. It will be worth the wait.”

This means that taking into account the summer period, Stranger Things season 3 could be launched a minimum of 18 months after season 2, which like we said is a “delay” when you consider that it was around 15 months between the first and second season. However as Holland points out, it seems that the creators of the show are hoping to deliver an even more amazing season, so we’ll just have to wait.

In the meantime a teaser trailer for season 3 has been released (see video above) that you can check out if you need your fix of Stranger Things.

Alleged 6.5-inch & 6.1-inch iPhone (2018) Dummy Units Surface

According to the rumors, Apple could be launching three iPhone models this year. One will retain the size and design of the current iPhone X, while the other two will feature a 6.1-inch LCD iPhone model, and a 6.5-inch OLED iPhone model. Now thanks to leakster Benjamin Geskin, dummy units of the 6.1-inch and 6.5-inch models have surfaced.

Now it’s hard to tell how accurate these dummy units are, but Geskin has accurately leaked such information in the past so perhaps these photos could be right or at least close enough to the real thing. For the most part the design of either handset looks like the current iPhone X and it’s hard to tell exactly how big they are.

However the dummy units do at the very least corroborate some of the rumors, which is that the 6.1-inch LCD iPhone is expected to be the more “budget-friendly” model as it is said to do away with certain features, such as 3D Touch and also the dual camera setup. There are also rumors to suggest that the 6.1-inch iPhone model could be delayed by up to a month.

In any case it’s best taken with a grain of salt for now but Apple is expected to officially announce their new iPhones this September, so check back with us soon for more updates.
