Just like Apple, Google has their own fitness/health app called Google Fit. It was launched in 2014 and now fast forward about 4 years later, it seems that Google has decided to give the app a brand new design along with a revamp of some of its functions and features, which according to Google was developed alongside the American Heart Association (AHA) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
There will be two activity rings in the new Google Fit app which will be focused on Move Minutes and Heart Points. The former will focus on how often you move throughout the day, which we all know helps in terms of keeping yourself fit as sitting around all day has been shown to be bad for health. The idea is that hopefully this will motivate people to try and close that particular activity ring by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking to dinner instead of driving, and so on.
As for Heart Points, this is where the app will give users credit for activities that they’ve done that involves moderate to intense activity, such as running, brisk walking, kickboxing, and so on. According to Google, the data shown in the Fit app can also be pulled from other fitness apps such as Strava, Runkeeper, Endomondo, and MyFitnessPal, so if you use those apps to track your activity, not to worry as that data can be shared with the Fit app as well.
The changes to the Fit app will be available across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and Wear OS.

Earlier today it was discovered due to references found in Apple’s tvOS platform, Epic’s Fortnite Battle Royale could be headed onto the Apple TV. This was exciting news as it would essentially let Apple TV owners enjoy the game on the big screen, assuming they did not own any gaming console.
Unfortunately for those who were excited by this piece of news, Epic’s Senior PR Nick Chester has since come forward and put an end to the speculation by denying that Fortnite will be coming to the Apple TV. According to Chester, “Epic isn’t planning to bring Fortnite to Apple TV. References to tvOS in the Fortnite files are the result of general Unreal Engine support for the Apple TV platform.”

This sounds like a very definitive answer and one that makes sense. We know that in the past companies have denied rumors only for them to be proven true later, but with the explanation that Chester gave, it sounds like there are really no plans for Fortnite on the Apple TV. Some are asking why not, since Fortnite has been ported to pretty much every platform out there.
We suppose Epic has their reasons, but either way it looks like this rumor is dead in the water. Perhaps Epic will change their minds in the future, but for now don’t get your hopes up.

Last year Leica launched the M10 digital rangefinder camera and now fast forward a little over a year later, the company is back with an update in the form of the Leica M10-P, which according to Leica was designed to be discreet. This is thanks to a new mechanical shutter system that is almost inaudible.
However they don’t just stop there because the overall design has also been designed purposefully to be discreet as well, eschewing the iconic Leica red dot logo in the process. “The design of the Leica M10-P is as discreetly unobtrusive and minimalist as the way of working it supports. The camera has no Leica red dot logo on the front and features only discreet Leica lettering on its top plate. Its hot shoe cover in metal merges seamlessly into the design of the top plate.”
In terms of specs, the M10-P is essentially the same camera as its predecessor. This means that photographers can expect the same full-frame 24MP CMOS sensor, the Leica Maestro II image processor, 5fps shooting, and an ISO range of 100-50,000. There will be some minor differences, such as the camera sporting a touchscreen display, and also a level gauge that helps ensure that photos are taken on an even horizontal plane.
However for the most part it is still the same camera from last year. As expected of Leica cameras, the M10-P does not come cheap and is priced at $8,000 is available for pre-order via B&H.
