Alcatel 1 Android Go Phone Now Available From Amazon

Android Go is an iteration of Android Oreo that Google launched last year. It’s meant for affordable devices with 1GB of RAM or less. Many manufacturers have made Android Go smartphones that cost under $100 and promise an improved software experience because of this iteration of Google’s platform. Alcatel is one such device and it’s now available for purchase in the United States from Amazon.

It’s important to keep in mind that Android Go doesn’t actually guarantee a stock Android experience. What users are promised is a better software experience on affordable devices. Google has even made Android Go-specific versions of its popular apps to further improve the user experience on these cheap handsets.

The Alcatel 1 comes with a 5 inch 18:9 aspect ratio LCD display. The specs are obviously nothing to write home about but it does feature a 5 megapixel rear and front camera in addition to 4G LTE support and a 2,000mAh battery.

The handset is now available for purchase in the United States. Amazon is selling it for $79.99. Customers should certainly keep their expectations in check when picking up this device but if they’re in the market for a very affordable device then it would be difficult to go wrong with the Alcatel 1.

Microsoft Launches The Xbox One X In White

Have you been looking to buy Xbox One X in white? That wasn’t possible until today because this color option was not available with Microsoft’s most powerful console previously. The company did offer the Xbox One S in white but not the Xbox One X. That changes today as Microsoft has officially announced that the Xbox One X can indeed be purchased in white.

Microsoft has officially announced the launch of the Robot White Xbox One X today. It’s not selling this console separately, though, it’s part of the Xbox One X Robot White Special Edition Fallout 76 Bundle. The bundle includes a copy of Fallout 76 and the Xbox Elite wireless controller also in white.

Customers who purchase this bundle will get access to a full-game download of Fallout 76 when it’s released. Those who pre-order it now will be given access to the Fallout 76 beta before the title is officially released in November. Microsoft will be shipping this bundle to retailers starting November 14th.

If you’re interested in buying the Xbox One X in white, you can pre-order it today for $499 exclusively from Microsoft Stores and GameStop in the United States. Participating retailers across the globe will be accepting pre-orders for this bundle as well.

The Xbox Elite wireless controller will be sold separately in this color option as well. It’s compatible with existing Xbox products in addition to Windows 10 devices. The controller costs $149.99 and is available exclusively from GameStop and Microsoft Stores. It will ship starting October 16th.

Nintendo Will Release Dragalia Lost Mobile Game On September 27th

It was reported in April that Nintendo has teamed up with Cygames to develop its first original action RPG mobile game called Dragalia Lost. The company was previously only allowing pre-registrations for this game on its Japanese language website but it has now confirmed the release details for this title in other markets as well. The company’s first original mobile game called Dragalia Lost is going to be released on September 27th.

Nintendo has announced that Dragalia Lost will be released on September 27th. The action role-playing game will be released on this date in the United States, Hong Kong, Macau, and Japan. The company will later release the title in other countries across the globe.

An English-language trailer for Dragalia Lost posted by Nintendo mentions that players will be able to team up with their friends to “come together as one, and transform into dragons to wield their power and save the realm.” Sounds fun.

The company has added that it will provide more details about the game in a new Mobile Direction presentation later today. It will kick off at 8:30 pm PT and will be available via a live stream on YouTube. Nintendo will be revealing more details about the title during its Mobile Direct presentation and hopefully, it may also show off some gameplay footage.
