Third Season Of Marvel’s Daredevil Launches On Netflix October 19

Last month it was confirmed that Daredevil would be returning for a third season onto Netflix this year. For those wondering when exactly, you might be pleased to learn that you won’t need to wait much longer as Netflix has since confirmed that the third season will be released on the 19th of October.

It is unclear as to what the third season will be bringing to the table, save for Wilson Fisk returning as the Kingpin, but given how The Defenders ended with Matt Murdock being bloodied up and presumed dead in the explosion, it will be interesting to see how he brings it all back. Also the teaser trailer seems to suggest that Murdock might have had enough with evil constantly returning despite his best efforts, and wants to finish it for good.

Daredevil is currently the only Marvel series on Netflix to have gone to season three. So far Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist have only wrapped up season two, and The Punisher is only at season one. That being said, this is definitely a year of Marvel shows from Netflix, although we have to wonder about the future of Daredevil as it is unclear if there are plans for a fourth season. Either way for fans of the series, keep an eye out for its release in the next few weeks.

Capcom’s ‘Mega Man’ Classics Have Been Released In Cartridge

Back in the day, buying games in physical format was pretty much the only way you could get games. These days digital purchases are becoming more popular as it means you don’t need to make a trip to the shop, you can play on the same day of its release, and it takes up considerably less physical space.

However there are some who might prefer the physical format, maybe for nostalgia or collection purposes. If that’s you, then you might be interested to learn that together with iam8bit, Capcom has released a couple of Mega Man classics in cartridge format, which will be available as either Mega Man 2 or Mega Man X.

Now there will be two different versions of each game, a “regular” version and a glow-in-the-dark version. They will also be extremely limited where each title will only have 8,500 copies available, which will comprise of 7,500 units of the regular version, and 1,000 units of the glow-in-the-dark version.

Iam8bit notes that the colorways have been packaged and sealed at random, meaning that you can’t choose which one you get and it will be totally random. Note that the cartridges are actually playable assuming you have a compatible system, although we imagine that these are more for collecting rather than playing. The Mega Man 2 and Mega Man X cartridges are priced at $100 each.
