Apple has won its attempt to have a patent infringement damages award against it reversed. In 2015, a jury found that Apple had infringed University of Wisconsin-Madison patents with some iPhone processors, and ordered the company to pay the Wisconsi…
Nissan has priced up the 2019 Altima, the completely new version of its midsize sedan, which borrows concept car styling and a host of new technology and drivetrain features. One of the features that Apple finally introduced in iOS 12 and macOS 10.14 Mojave is group FaceTime. However last month it was announced that the feature would be delayed, and its presence was removed from Apple’s softwares. It was unclear what the reason was for the delay, but it seems that we could be back on track.
According to reports, it seems that users have spotted that group FaceTime is now back and was spotted in macOS 10.14.1’s public beta. This doesn’t necessarily mean that the feature will make it in the next update to macOS, but the fact that Apple has put the feature back means that they might have ironed out whatever kinks that could have potentially hindered its release.
It should also be noted that group FaceTime has also returned in iOS 12.1 which is also in beta, so hopefully the feature will be available when either of these two updates are released to the public. That being said, those who are interested in checking out the beta can do so as Apple has made them available to the public.
However given that this is a beta build of macOS 10.14.1, there is a chance that there might still be some bugs that haven’t been addressed, so maybe it’s not the best idea to use it as your daily driver for now.

Hacker Announces He Will Live Stream His Hack Of Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook Page
Posted in: Today's ChiliUsually hackers prefer to remain anonymous. After all hacking for the most part is a crime, and what criminal would want to announce themselves to the world, right? Maybe some might reveal themselves after the fact to perhaps revel in the notoriety and “fame”, but in the case of prominent Taiwanese hacker Chang Chi-yuan, he has announced his plans ahead of time.
In a report from Bloomberg, Chang has announced on his Facebook page that he plans on hacking Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook page and will be deleting it as proof of his success. He also announced that he will be live streaming the attack which will be taking place on the 30th of September, 6PM local time in Taiwan, which is 3AM PT and 6AM ET, for those living in the US.
That being said, we’re not sure what Chang plans to accomplish with this hack, plus making it so publicly known will most likely land him in trouble should he actually go through with the hack. However Chang has been mentioned by LINE Corp in the past and placed in the bounty hall of fame, so it is possible that his hack could simply be his way of demonstrating flaws in Facebook’s system.
Either way it remains to be seen if he will be successful, but we imagine that the engineers at Facebook are probably scrambling to try and come up with a defense against it.

It’s about time, you two.
Growing up, one of my favorite movies was Superman The Movie. Christopher Reeve will always be Superman to me, just as Roger Moore will always be 007. I’ve tried to watch the flick when it came on TV a few times, but I just can’t stand the blurry and crappy picture the movie has compared to films of today.
If you feel the same way, there’s some good news. Superman The Movie is getting the Blu-Ray treatment compete with 4K resolution and Dolby Vision HDR. Audiophiles will love the upgraded Dolby Atmos sound too.
The Ultra HD Blu-Ray combo pack includes the digital version and will sell for $41.99. An all-digital version will be offered as well. This was the superhero flick that pretty much started it all for most ’80s kids – this and Flash Gordon. I hope the other Christopher Reeve Superman flicks get remastered for 4K soon too.

Die Hard is one of the best of the classic ’80s Christmas movies. And if you don’t think Die Hard is a Christmas movie, you are wrong. It’s got Christmas music, decorations, and parties. And Santa Claus. HO-HO-HO.
Now the beloved Funko POP! line of vinyl action figures has some great new Die Hard collectibles just in time to give for Christmas.
First up is a barefoot John McClane, complete with a bloody face, a tiny walkie talkie, and wearing a blood-stained sleeveless undershirt. The figure can be pre-ordered now at Entertainment Earth.
Naturally, you will also need the Hans Gruber figure to go along with McClane. Though Gruber lacks his surprised face if you plan to throw him off a building. Hans Bubby is up for pre-order now as well. Each figure sells for $10.99 and is expected to ship this November.
A federal judge this week sentenced a man in Springfield, Massachusetts, to prison because he hacked ATMs to make them spew money. It will be the first time someone in the U.S. goes to prison for this form of ATM hacking known as “jackpotting.”
