Going wireless has been the mantra for quite some time now among device manufacturers, and it makes perfect sense. Wireless charging gets rid of having to tote around a pesky cable, while having a pair of wireless earphones allows you to move about freely while enjoying your music without missing a beat. While there are numerous models to pick from in the market, premium audio company Master & Dynamic decided to up the ante with its classy MW07 True Wireless Earphones.
I am not quite sure how one can define a pair of these as being “true” wireless headphones, but perhaps this is just a marketing stance taken by the company. What we do know is this: you will need to fork out a rather hefty sum to the tune of $299. Available in four initial colorways: Tortoiseshell, Steel Blue, Grey Terrazzo, and Matte Black, each individual pair of MW07’s will be accompanied by an elegant stainless steel charging case. Made up of premium materials such as handcrafted acetate and stainless steel in addition to 10mm Beryllium drivers, brings together both high tech and high design.
Audiophiles will fall in love with the couple of patent-pending technologies that ensure best-in-class Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity, superior comfort and a personalized fit. Despite carrying all of these within, they are stored in a slim, close to the ear form factor for a sleek looking design. The custom 10mm beryllium drivers used happens to be a kind of metal that is traditionally used only in hi-fi products, while optical sensors detect in-ear placement in order to figure out whether to play sound or pause when the earphones are removed from the user’s ears.
In addition, the presence of an innovative, detachable silicone “fit wing” that will arrive in a couple of sizes, apart from five ear tip sizes, will ensure the earphones can be comfortably and securely fitted to any ear. All that it takes is a single gesture to place the MW07 in the ear from its case. Capable of up to 3.5 hours of battery life with a full charge, the elegant hand-polished stainless-steel charging case carries another extra 10.5 hours of listening time.

Some renders appeared online a couple of weeks ago suggesting that the company could release new Surface models in black color. It first launched the “VaporMG” black color for the Surface RT almost six years ago. Many customers would be delighted to see the return of this hue for Surface devices and now the company appears to have confirmed accidentally that it’s going to do just that.
In a now-removed listing for a Surface event in New Zealand, Microsoft mentions that the Surface is going “back to black.” The event will take place on October 16th.
The listing doesn’t mention the Surface devices that will be unveiled at this event. What we do know from earlier reports is that a new Surface Laptop and Surface Pro are on the agenda. Both are now expected to be launched in black variants.
These devices will feature the latest processors from Intel but might not have USB Type-C ports as suggested by recent reports. It’s possible that the black color might be limited to the high-end models of both the Surface Laptop 2 and the Surface Pro 6.
We won’t have to wait until October 16th to find that out because Microsoft will actually be announcing these devices at home in the United States tomorrow. Its event in New York City starts at 4 pm ET.

Tesla’s production woes have been well documented but the company has been working hard to iron out the problems and produce as many vehicles as possible. The company has now released its figures for the quarter which have exceeded the market’s expectations. It delivered 83,500 vehicles during the third quarter which is an 80 percent increased compared to the same period last year.
Wall Street was estimating 80,500 deliveries during the third quarter of this year but Tesla has come out with a better number. Some investors remain concerned about the company’s profitability despite improved production numbers and would like to have seen the company provide more data on its sale prices and cost of production.
The surge in total production numbers is attributed to the Tesla Model 3, the company’s first mass-market electric car. Of the 80,142 vehicles it produced in the quarter, 26,903 were the Model S and X while 53,239 were Model 3 sedans. The company has been able to deliver 80 percent more vehicles in Q3 2018 than it did during the same period last year.
“With production stabilized, delivery and outbound vehicle logistics were our main challenges,” Tesla said in a statement, adding that it will continue to make further improvements in the fourth quarter to scale successfully.
