Super Mario 3 Holiday Wreath: The 8-Bit Days of Christmas

Celebrate the holidays in classic video game style. This Nintendo Light-Up Wreath has a Super Mario Bros 3 theme that combines one of the coolest video games ever with our favorite holiday. The pixel art wreath has power-ups and five green LEDs that blink intermittently in the center of the donut blocks. It looks awesome and very festive. Sadly, it doesn’t play any music, but what are you gonna do? Some 8-bit holiday songs would have sweet. At least it looks amazing. It lets those on the outside of your house know that there’s a Mario fan inside. Santa will see this from a mile away as he flies by in his sleigh, and he’ll make a special stop at your place with extra gifts because he’s a big Mario fan too.

This is perfect for the kind of person that leaves a powered-up NES on for Santa instead of milk and cookies. And you know what cartridge is inserted. If Santa gets distracted from all of his other stops, that’s on him. You gotta complete those levels. Hey, if he can’t deliver, maybe you get to keep all of the gifts. Sweet!

There’s a new PS4 Pro and it’s much quieter than the original

There’s a new Sony PS4 Pro and it’s much quieter than the original. Right now, it’s only available in a Red Dead Redemption bundle, but eventually, it will likely be available as a standalone product, too.

The new CUH-7200 version reportedly dropped the console’s noise from 50 decibels to 44 decibels, though, as EuroGamer notes, it can still top out at 48 decibels. The noise reduction is reportedly thanks to improved cooling, which in turn, reduces the strain on the cooling system within the PS4 Pro. The original PlayStation Pro came out two years ago, and at times, it can roar like a jet engine.

The revised model looks the same as the original, so check the model number on the box to ensure you’re getting the quieter option.

How To Send Large Files Over Email

Sending large files over email has always been a tricky thing to do. All email clients have attached file limits, usually at around 30MBs. Therefore, if you wish to send multiple photos or videos over email, or a similar file of large size, you’ll have to find a workaround.

In this tutorial, we are going to be guiding you through two tricks that render sending large files over email possible.

Method #1: The cloud

For those unfamiliar, you can make great use of the wide range of cloud services available on the web.

For the purpose of this tutorial, we will be using Google Drive and Dropbox, which offer 17GB and 2GB of free cloud space respectively.

If you are not a particularly big fan of Google’s environment, we’d suggest you skip the Drive section and check out the Dropbox option instead.

Google Drive

  1. Go to Google Drive
  2. Log in using your Google credentials or sign up
  3. Upload the file you wish to share by clicking on the new button (Drive supports all types of files)
  4. Once you upload the file, look for it on the ‘Search Drive’ search bar located on the top of the page
  5. Open it and click on the three-dot icon
  6. Click on ‘Share’ and select what kind of access you want to grant to people with the file’s link (edit, comment, view)
  7. If the people you wish to send the file to have a Gmail account, just type in their email addresses in the ‘People’ box
  8. Alternatively, click on ‘Get a shareable link’, then ‘Copy Link’ and paste it in the email

If you are on mobile, Drive has an Android and iOS app as well.

Method #2: Zip it

Another option here is file zipping. So, if the above method is not your cup of tea, have a look at this one.

  1. Go to Win RAR‘s website and download the program
  2. Find the file you wish to send over email and right click on it
  3. If you have an email client downloaded to your computer, click on ‘Compress to ‘X’ and email’
  4. If you don’t, click on ‘Add to ‘X”
  5. A ZIP file will emerge in the same location as the original file
  6. Attach the ZIP file to the email and click send

You can also ZIP files on Android with great ease. Feel free to check out our tutorial on that for more info.

If you encounter any problems while trying out the above or have a recommendation to make, feel free to shoot a comment down below.
