Blizzard Seems To Be On A Hiring Spree For Unannounced Diablo Project

Many gamers are waiting for Blizzard to announce Diablo 4. Last year during BlizzCon there was some hope that the game could be announced, but instead Blizzard launched Diablo Immortal, a mobile version of Diablo that was immediately met with massive backlash from fans who weren’t thrilled by the game.

The company later reassured fans that they still had multiple Diablo projects in the works, and that they would be revealing them over the course of this year. Of course exactly what these projects are is anyone’s guess, but it seems that some have spotted that Blizzard appears to be on a hiring spree for an unannounced Diablo project.

Based on the job listings on Blizzard’s website, it appears that the company is seeking multiple positions for a Diablo game that is in the works. Details of the game are next to nothing, but some are speculating that it could be for Diablo 4. It has been many years since Diablo 3 and its expansion was released, so the time is ripe for a sequel, but it is unclear what is taking the company so long.

So far initial reviews of Diablo Immortal have actually been pretty positive, so despite the backlash, it might actually prove to be fun. Either way we’ll have to wait and see for when the game is released.

Indian City to Get Robotic Traffic Cop

This robot here looks like some kind of mask-wearing bandit, but he’s actually one of the good guys. If you can consider robots good guys that is. Apparently, this robot will soon be turned loose on the streets to help manage the chaotic traffic in the Indian city of Chennai.

Chennai is going to be the first in the country to get a robotic traffic officer. Will it be the last? We will see. He’s going to relieve other officers who are already managing the insane amounts of pollution-spewing traffic on the narrow roads in the area. Is it a good idea to let a robot direct traffic? We are about to find out. I just hope that it doesn’t take the opportunity to make humans crash into each other for sport. Things could get very messy.

The robot will regulate traffic on the roads, help school children cross and more. It’ll probably snap pics of people doing bad things too. The Chennai Commissioner of Police A K Viswanathan introduced the robot at the exhibition on road safety recently where the robot explained road safety rules in a way that children could understand.

Aw. Look at him with his little stop sign. What could possibly go wrong? Let’s find out.
