Galaxy S10 Front Camera Details Mentioned In New Report

There have been a lot of rumors and reports about the Galaxy S10 lineup so far and there will be more in the days leading up to the launch of Samsung’s new flagship series. The latest report brings some information about the front camera of the Galaxy S10 series. This is going to be Samsung’s first flagship lineup with an Infinity-O display.

The Infinity-O display has enabled Samsung to stretch the display even further without having to add a notch. It simply places the front camera in a cutout in the display area itself. The report claims that the front camera on all three Galaxy S10 models has a 10 megapixel sensor with optical image stabilization, dual pixel autofocus, and the ability to capture 4K video.

If this is accurate, it would make the Galaxy S10 the phone of choice for vloggers. Leaked images have shown that the Galaxy S10+ is going to have a dual front camera. It’s said that the second front camera on this device is actually for depth-sensing.

None of these details have obviously been confirmed by Samsung as yet and we can’t expect the company to ahead of its launch event. Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10+ at an Unpacked event on February 20 in San Francisco.

Braille Gaming Dice: Feel the Pips

If you’ve ever wondered how blind people play tabletop and RPG games, here’s your answer. Braille dice. A lack of sight doesn’t have to keep you from enjoying a good game of D & D. These cool dice were created by Jack Berberette as part of his Dots RPG project, which is all about making tabletop gaming more inclusive to the blind.

You can find the 3-D printing shapefiles for free HERE, or you can purchase finished dice several colors and sides from his Shapeways shop. Dice collectors will want to get their hands on these too. They come in all of the dice varieties that you need to play your games: D6, D10, D20 and everything in-between.

They look pretty sci-fi to me. One thing’s for sure, you won’t be able to fool your blind friends anymore by telling them they rolled a different number. You’re terrible for doing that by the way. Now they are going to wonder why their game is getting so much better, and it was all your fault. Jack really did a good job on these. They are very easy for blind gamers to use, and with a bit of learning the rest of us can figure it out too.

Guy Uses RC Toys To Excavate and Expand Basement

Why hire expensive contractors to expand your basement, when you can use RC construction vehicles to do the job? I mean, that’s what I always say. YouTuber LilGiantsConstrCo otherwise known as Joe is an RC hobbyist. He has spent years excavating his basement using nothing but RC construction toys. That’ll stick it to those expensive contractors.

Joe is a grain farmer from southwest Saskatchewan, Canada, and king of toy-based excavation. He started the hobby in 1995 and has amassed a large fleet of construction equipment vehicles. So far he has used the RC truck and excavator to expand his basement by 30 percent, removing around 30 cubic meters (1,059 cubic feet) of dirt. He also used these vehicles to create a walkthrough tunnel that leads from his workshop to the basement of his house too. That’s all pretty impressive. The man has a lot of patience, that’s for sure.

Joe is the co-founder of an RC truck and construction hobbyists forum that is dedicated to the radio controlled heavy commercial hobby. Who knew that these vehicles could actually do the same jobs that their larger scaled counterparts can do? I suppose he could have just grabbed a shovel and had it done in days, but where’s the fun in that?
