EA Games Is Back On Steam With ‘Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order’

star wars ea

As we previously mentioned the possibility of EA Games making a comeback to the Steam platform. Now, it has been confirmed with the official announcement by EA for its return to Steam with its much-anticipated game ‘Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order‘.

The modern-age Star Wars game was the only reason EA Games got into trouble due to the microtransactions involved. To fix the player base figure and reach out to more gamers, EA Games has finally decided to launch their games on Steam as well.

Previously, they moved on to make it exclusive to their own launcher ‘Origin’ which didn’t turn out so well. So, a lot of Steam users stopped purchasing EA games since then.

Now, with its return, you will be able to access other EA games and ‘Access subscription’ through Steam. Specifically, Battlefield V, Apex Legends, The Sims 4, Unravel 2, and other titles will be added to Steam in the coming months.

EA develops a lot of good games but often gets caught up with microtransaction controversies. With this move, EA might be able to gain significant gamers (customers) and earn their trust back.

Of course, it is subjective but it seems to be the case here. What are your thoughts on EA making a comeback on the Steam platform? Are you willing to try their games again?
