2020 iPhones Could Drop Midnight Green Color For New Navy Blue Finish

When it comes to iPhone colors, Apple has never really been one to explore crazy color finishes. However, with the iPhone 11, Apple did introduce a brand new midnight green finish that was actually rather nice, but it seems that with the 2020 iPhones, Apple might ditch the color for something else.

According to XDA’s Max Weinbach, it seems that Apple could ditch the midnight green finish for the 2020 iPhones in favor of a new navy blue finish. This will be an exclusive color option for the Pro lineup of iPhones, which the folks at EverythingApplePro have mocked up in the video above.

It looks pretty interesting, although we imagine that most people probably wouldn’t be able to tell since most people keep their phones in cases anyway. The navy blue finish will be in addition to the other color options offered, bringing it up to a total of four color options for customers to choose from.

Take this report with a grain of salt for now, but if you are planning to get a new iPhone this year and would like more color options to choose from, then perhaps this navy blue finish could be worth keeping an eye out for. That being said, this isn’t the first time Apple has introduced a blue finish to its iPhones. The company did that previously with the iPhone XR, but this would be a first for its Pro lineup.

Alleged Fujifilm X100V Photo Leaked

If the rumors are to be believed, Fujifilm is expected to officially launch the fifth camera in the X100 lineup as early as next month. What this means is that the camera should be just about ready and should already be in production, or at the very least gearing up to be produced.

Now thanks to the folks at Fuji Rumors, they have gotten their hands on what appears to be a leaked photo of the upcoming camera. Now, this particular photo isn’t very clear and there aren’t a lot of details to be seen, but it is allegedly that of the X100V. There’s no way of knowing that for sure, so it’s probably best to take it with a grain of salt for now.

However, the layout of the controls does seem to be in line with previous X100 models, so at the very least it has that going for it. The photo also shows the display of the camera tilted downwards, although a recent rumor has suggested that the X100V could actually come with a two-way tilting screen similar to that of the X-Pro3, but it isn’t seen in this photo.

In any case, if the February launch is to be believed, we imagine that there will probably be more leaked photos leading up to its announcement, so check back with us in the coming weeks for more updates.

Students Are Swapping AirPods So That They Can Talk To Each Other In Class

Students these days are becoming smarter about communicating with each other in class. Back in the day, we would pass handwritten notes to each other discreetly, but thanks to technology, students have come up with impressive new ways to go about it. Take for example a recent video that was shared on Twitter.

In this video, it shows two students who are exchanging one side of their AirPods with each other. They then type out a message they want on their phone and text-to-speech it, meaning that the other person wearing the other earbud will be able to hear what they are “saying”. The video shows the student using Google Translate, but we imagine that it should work with just about any app that supports text-to-speech.

That being said, we’re not sure how efficient this method of chatting is. After all, if you have your phone with you, you can just send a text message already. However, we suppose it is still a rather novel and ingenious idea that could potentially have other uses that we have yet to fully figure out.

We also imagine that this could be a good way to maybe even cheat in tests where answers and hints could be read out to you by hiding an AirPod in your ear, not that we would condone such behavior, of course.
