Burrow's Modular Index Wall Shelves Can Be Assembled 'In Just 15 Minutes, With Only Eight Screws'
Posted in: Today's ChiliIf the rumors are to be believed, Apple’s iPhone 12 could be delayed where last we heard, it might be delayed to November. It turns out that this rumor could be partially right, where according to a new note shared by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo with investors, it seems that at least one of the iPhone 12 models could be delayed.
According to the report, Kuo claims that due to the complexity of the design of the rumored 6.7-inch 5G iPhone 12, production is only expected to kick off in October, meaning that there is a good chance it could only be released in November. Even then, we expect that availability could be limited.
However, this doesn’t mean that the rest of the lineup will still arrive in time. Kuo claims that production of the other iPhone 12 models will only begin in September, meaning that there is a chance its release could only happen in October. Kuo claims that one of the reasons for the delay is due to the use of 5G, where the test lab needed to obtain the qualification for the antenna design Apple is using is closed due to the pandemic.
As such, it will prevent Apple from moving ahead with production. Assuming that the pandemic isn’t controlled, Kuo estimates that shipments of the 5G iPhone could drop significantly, where he estimates that Apple could end up shipping 15-20% less units than previously expected.

For customers who want to buy the iMac, they have had pretty much only two choices: go for the tiny 21-inch model or pay big bucks to shell out for the larger 27-inch model. Given that we’re seeing more people start to turn to larger monitors, with some opting for ultrawide displays, 21-inches does feel paltry by comparison.
However, if a report from The China Times is to be believed, Apple could shake things up this year with a newer iMac model. According to the report, it claims that Apple could be planning to launch a 23-inch iMac later this year. The model is said to be the same size as the 21-inch model, but similar to the 16-inch MacBook Pro, Apple will be shrinking the bezels of the computer where it will sport a 23-inch display, but maintain its smaller footprint.
The iMac lineup has not been updated in a while and the last time Apple refreshed its iMac desktop computers, it was back in March 2019 where they introduced the option to use Intel’s 9th-gen processors. However, in terms of design, that hasn’t been touched for a while so we imagine that this rumored 23-inch iMac could change that.
It is unclear if Apple will make similar changes to its larger 27-inch sibling where they could offer up a larger display with shrunken bezels as well, but if you were planning to buy the iMac, if you can wait until Q4 this year, then this could be a computer worth checking out.

HBO Max Set For April 27 Launch
Posted in: Today's ChiliThere are a bunch of streaming services available in the market today, and it looks like HBO will be entering the fray with yet another streaming competitor in the form of HBO Max. We had previously heard about the company’s plans to launch the service, and it looks like we now have an official date: the 27th of April.
For those who are confused, and rightfully so, HBO actually has a bunch of subscription options they had previously launched. There is the base HBO service which is offered as part of a subscription for pay-TV customers, then there is also HBO Go which is pretty much free for those who pay for HBO.
Then there is HBO Now, which is basically the same as HBO Go, except that it is aimed at customers who do not have a traditional cable TV subscription package, and now it looks like there is HBO Max. HBO Max will be priced at $14.99 a month which makes it one of the more expensive subscription options, but HBO is trying to make the case for themselves by claiming to offer more than 10,000 hours of content right out of the gate.
There will be a bunch of original shows created for the new service, as well as access to a ton of other content from HBO and third-party studios. This includes shows such as “Friends”, “The Big Bang Theory”, “South Park”, and movies like “Joker”, “Suicide Squad”, “The Matrix”, “Wonder Woman”, and so on.
Those who are currently subscribed to HBO Now will have the option to move over to HBO Max at no extra cost, but only if they were subscribed to HBO Now directly through HBO’s website.

Samsung’s Eco-Friendly Packaging Lets You Turn it Into A House For Your Pets
Posted in: Today's ChiliPretty much all products come in some form of packaging. However, sometimes when buying larger devices like TVs, the packaging is simply too big to just toss in your bin, plus given its size, it’s not exactly easy to reuse it as an empty box for your knick-knacks. However, that’s what Samsung is hoping to change.
Starting with its smart TVs from its The Serif, The Frame, and The Sero range, Samsung has adopted an eco-friendly approach where if you’re so inclined, users can actually take the packaging and adapt it to something else, giving the packaging a new lease on life and allowing users to get more out of it rather than simply throwing it away.
This includes options such as transforming the boxes into a small table, a folder for your files and papers, or for those who own pets, a tiny pet house.
According to Kangwook Chun, Executive Vice President and Head of Product Strategy Team of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics, “Consumers are more likely to purchase from a brand that shares similar fundamentals and values as they do, and with our eco-packaging, we believe that we can provide our customers with a new experience that considers the environment as an important way to express themselves.”
Companies like Apple have long touted the use of sustainable materials across all their products, but we reckon that Samsung has taken it to the next level with these design options.
