Spider-Man: No Way Home Teaser Trailer Revealed

While we have seen a couple of superhero movies released this year, we have to say that out of all of them, Spider-Man is probably one of the most anticipated ones. This is because of how the previous movie ended, and how the drama between Sony and Marvel almost resulted in there not being a third movie.

That being said, for those who have been eagerly anticipating Spider-Man: No Way Home, you’ll be pleased to learn that the official teaser trailer for the movie has since been released. It does confirm what many have already known by now, which is that several actors from the previous Spider-Man movies are expected to reprise their roles.

This is thanks to Doctor Strange’s meddling that somehow contributed to the multiverse breaking down and the various universes coming together, which explains how the previous Spider-Man characters are now finding their way into the MCU. The trailer does a good job of hyping up the movie, but it remains to be seen how it actually fares.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is currently scheduled for a release on the 17th of December exclusively in cinemas, suggesting that Disney could be trying to phase out its previous strategy of releasing it in both cinemas and Disney+ at the same time.

Daughters Prank Their Dad By Replacing His Work Laptop With A Toy Laptop

Children’s toys have always to some extent been modeled after adult gadgets and tools, like cooking equipment, power tools, and in this modern day and age, we’re seeing toy smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Obviously they are quite different from the real thing, but if you don’t check your bags, that’s when things could go sideways.

This was the case with Japanese father @Zenryoku_tochan, who recently shared a hilarious experience where his daughters had replaced his work laptop kept inside a bag with a toy laptop. It seems that he did not notice they had made the sneaky switch until he arrived at work.

According to the translated tweet, “I arrived at work and collapsed to my knees. I will attend today’s meeting on this computer. Daughters, your father has something important to say tonight.” We’re pretty sure his office had other computers he could work on, but it was probably rather embarrassing, we’re sure.

The dad seemed rather good natured about it and instead of scolding them or handing down a punishment, he decided to talk to his daughters and explain what they did was wrong. The maker of the toy laptop, Sumikko Gurashi, thought it was hilarious enough where they offered to send the family the latest version of their toy, but the family politely declined the offer.

Hacker That Stole $600 Million In Cryptocurrency Has Returned All Of It

As some of you might have heard, about $600 million worth of cryptocurrency was stolen from the Poly Network not too long ago. However, in an interesting twist, the hacker who stole it returned half of it. Some speculated that it was due to the difficulty of unloading stolen crypto, while the hacker claimed that it was always their intention to return it.

That being said, an update from Poly Network has revealed that the full amount that was stolen has since been returned to them. In a statement released by the company:

“Thank you for your continued interest. At 08:39:04 AM +UTC on August 23, 2021, Mr. White Hat publicly shared a private key in his possession to the 3/4 multi-signature wallet through an on-chain message. Poly Network has successfully retrieved the remaining 28,953 ETH and 1,032 WBTC (about $141 million). At this point, all the user assets that were transferred out during the incident have been fully recovered.”

The company had previously tried to woo the hacker into returning the amount by offering a $500,000 “bug bounty”. They also later offered the hacker the role of “chief security advisor”, but each offer was refused. Either way, thankfully the amount was returned and it looks like this story has a happy ending.
