Typing on Android tablets and large foldables is a hassle with Gboard, but that may change soon, as evidence of a split keyboard layout option has surfaced.
When someone gets murdered on The Walking Dead—which happens a lot—you almost always know who committed the deed and why, since the murder is shown on-screen, as the reason is usually “they needed killin’.” But this second third of season 11 has been willing to buck the show’s norms to go to some weird, unexpected…
In the past, movies and TV shows based around video games haven’t done particularly well, but it seems that Netflix’s persistence has paid off because so far, the various adaptations the company has put out have been pretty well-received. We’re talking about series based on games like Castlevania, Dota 2, and League of Legends, just to name a few.
Now it looks like we can look forward to another adaptation in the form of Bandai’s Tekken series. This was announced by Netflix on their Twitter page where the company has revealed that the series is expected to be made available later this year, but they stopped short of mentioning when exactly it will be released.

The series will be called Tekken: Bloodline in which it appears to be centered around the character Jin Kazama, who was introduced to the franchise as a playable character in 1996’s Tekken 3. Based on the teaser trailer that the company released, it looks rather promising and something that fans of the series will probably be looking forward to.
Whether or not it will be as good as some of Netflix’s other video game adaptation series remains to be seen, but if you’re looking for something new to watch, this could be worth adding to your list.

A couple of weeks ago, Apple announced their new iPad Air 5. For the most part, apart from the use of the M1 chipset, the tablet looks more or less the same as its predecessor, or is it? We have to question this because according to a report on Reddit, it seems that the build quality of the new iPad Air 5 is worse than its predecessor.
According to the poster on Reddit, “The aluminium backplate is a lot thinner than on the iPad 4 which I also have. You can almost feel the battery through the plate when you hold the device. Both iPads have the same feeling and are making creaking noises when you hold them.”
It is unclear if this is an issue that is affecting all iPad Air 5 units, or if it is only a few that are experiencing this issue. It is possible that Apple could have made some changes to the internal structure that would cause the creaking, or alternatively, the historical high prices of aluminum could have forced Apple to use less material to keep costs down, which could explain why it might flex more compared to if Apple were to use a thicker slab.
Keep in mind that these are all anecdotal reports so it is unclear if Apple did indeed compromise on the material, so hopefully a full teardown of the tablet or a statement from Apple will help clear the air. Apple did previously face some controversy with their iPad Pro several years ago when some users discovered that their tablets were shipped bent, although the company did state back then that they did not consider this to be a defect.

While Elden Ring is largely seen as a single-player game, it does offer online play where players can band together to help each other defeat bosses. However, if you do play the game in single-player mode most of the time, you might want to consider disabling online play as well.
This is according to a report from gamers on Reddit in which it has been discovered that hackers are corrupting the save files of other players. According to the post, “Currently there is a hack doing the rounds whereby invaders will alter your save files in some way, causing you to enter a permanent, instant death-loop. There is seemingly no real fix for this, and so it is recommended to back up your saves as often as possible for the foreseeable future as a precaution.”
If this issue sounds familiar, it is because it was also an issue that previously affected Dark Souls 3, a game made by the same developer as Elden Ring. At the moment there has been no comment from either the developer, FromSoftware, or its publisher, Bandai Namco. The post on Reddit has shared a method that could potentially solve the issue, but it feels more like a temporary solution until it can be properly patched.
So until a patch has been released for the game that addresses the issue, players are advised to either backup their save files as often as possible, or play in offline mode until it is fixed.
