Peter Dinklage’s Tyrion Lannister may not be the ugly little dwarf from the books, but he is probably the best actor for the part there is, and now you can own the most impressive Tyrion figure ever made for $130(USD). It isn’t the ugly dwarf from the books of course, but it is an amazing likeness of the TV version – before the life-altering facial scar.

This impressive Game of Thrones figure will be available for pre-order starting on May 26th at 9am Hong Kong time (that’s 9pm Eastern time on May 25th.) It stands 8.7″ tall and includes interchangeable hands, a goblet, a book and of course his clothes. Unsurprisingly, a tiny version of Shae is nowhere around.

This level of detail is pretty stunning and I can’t wait to see threezero’s other GoT figures now. They are going to be amazing.

The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker stands out among other Zelda games for its distinctive art style, an anime-infused aesthetic that made Link as cute as a button. If you want to stare at him all day, get this Nendoroid Link action figure.

Good Smile Company’s action figure comes with equally tiny replicas of the Hero’s Sword, Hero’s Shield, Heart Container and the Wind Waker itself. It also comes with four heads, each with a different expression: smiling, nervous, serious and angry.

Remember back in the 80s action movie heyday when anything with Arnold Schwarzenegger in it was guaranteed to make lots of money. These were the days when Arnie was jacked, and blowin’ shit up was his shtick. I’m talking way before the wrinkles, saggy skin, and governor days. Back when the worst most of us thought about Arnold typically involved Junior.

One of my all time favorite Arnold flicks was the original Predator. If you have a fond spot in your heart for that flick, check out this incredible 1/4-scale Dutch action figure from ThinkGeek. Tiny Arnie is amazingly detailed, offers 20 points of articulation, and even comes with an M-16 with grenade launcher, pistol, and a knife.

It’s not exactly cheap at $99(USD), but I am assuming the high price has to do at least in part with rendering Arnie’s share unto Arnie.

This toy makes me think of a simpler time when all you needed to defeat advanced alien life forms was mud and some pointy sticks. With all the remaking of 80s movies going on, I wonder when will they’ll attempt to remake the original. Predators doesn’t count in my book.

Reddit dweller Webberley made an action figure of Yes Man, the Claptrap of the Fallout universe. Webberley made the action figure out of cardboard, wood, plastic and various parts from other action figures. His arms, for example, were from a Dr. Octopus action figure.

Webberley said he’s made around 50 custom action figures over the years, including ones based on other Fallout characters.

I’ve yet to play Animal Crossing: New Leaf – or any Animal Crossing game for that matter – because I’m afraid that I won’t be able to put my 3DS down if I get that game. It seems really addictive. If it’s already got its hooks on you, check out Edberg Panganiban’s Etsy shop, where he sells 3.75″ hand painted resin figures based on the game.

As of this writing these two dudes are the only ones left on Edberg’s shop, but you can also have him make figures out of your Animal Crossing character. Just reach out to him and send him a couple of images of your character. However, his services seem to be in demand at the moment and he’s announced that he won’t be able to finish future orders in time for Christmas.

Head to Edberg’s Etsy shop RezArmy to place an order. It’ll cost you more than a few bells to get a figure though. According to Polygon Edberg charges $40-$50 (USD) for figures with simple details and no accessories and up to $100 for more elaborate designs and accessories.
