Seeing hair on the pillow every morning, has always be a disconcerting site for women around the world and across generations. The causes could be any number of things from diet, to climate, to genetic, to hormones, or even maybe just normal attrition. We all lose between 50 and 100 strands a day, which is perfectly normal.
We use toothpaste every single day. There is nothing else that I expose my self to more than my toothpaste. It’s there in the morning, after meals and before I get to bed. With that amount of exposure, I certainly do not want my toothpaste to have any ingredients that are going to harm your oral cavity or enter your digestive tract and cause other health issues.
Regardless of summer or winter, don’t be fooled into thinking that sunscreen is only needed when the sun is out in fool force scorching the earth. it is just as harmful in the dead of winter when the blistering cold or when the Spring shill is in the air. As long as you have some acreage of skin exposed to the sun, it’s going to need sunscreen. More often than not, its the face that’s going to need the protection.
If you don’t already know, eyeliners are used to highlight the eyes. For a women, next to our hair, eyes are the dominating feature in our arsenal. If our hair is a crown’s substitute, our eyes are the tip of our soul’s sword. It can pierce the harshest of tongues, and warm the coldest of hearts. It is our most prized possession and subduing them without sufficient highlights is a mistake no woman should make.

front of the masses? I know I have.
What we lack in capital,
we have to make up for in creativity, tenacity and effort. We have to
hustle harder than everyone else out there. We have to be the champions
of our cause – day in and day out.
