NTT DoCoMo Japan is reportedly preparing to launch another Android 4.0 ICS tablet from Fujitsu namely the ARROWS Tab F-05E. This waterproof and dustproof tablet will feature a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 touchscreen display, a 1.7GHz Tegra 3 quad-core processor, a 2GB RAM, a 32GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, dual cameras (1.2MP front & 8MP rear), DoCoMo’s wallet & NOTTV TV services support, 100mbps 4G LTE connectivity, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, a 10080mAh battery and run on Android 4.0 ICS OS.
