Channel Your Inner Skeletor with the Skull Armchair

This skull armchair is the perfect throne. Especially if you like to cosplay as Skeletor and lounge around acting all evil. It’s best to face away from any captives that are going to be entering the room. You want them to see the skull face first and be thoroughly frightened before they see you. Though it needs to be placed on a rotating turntable for full effect.

This Skull Armchair was designed by French artist Harold Sangouard who probably sits in it and laughs maniacally all day. The face is very angular and pretty darn creepy. You should be petting a cat while sitting there too for dramatic effect.

How much is it? Too much, that’s how much. “Price available upon request.” In other words, you and I can’t afford it. Only evil geniuses should inquire. Wait, do evil geniuses buy things, or do they steal them all?

This must be Darth Vader's favorite chair

I can’t decide if this angular Skull Armchair designed by French artist Harold Sangouard is just gaudy or awesome, horrible or pretty, vanguardist or Louis XV/Conan the Barbarian retro, but there’s something about it that hypnotizes me.

Human Armchair Disguise: Come Sit on My Lap

I find it amusing how Sherlock Holmes is a true master of disguise and blends in so well with his surroundings that you won’t even know he was there (think Game of Shadows.)

If you’ve ever wanted to pull the “I’m on the armchair but you can’t see me” trick but aren’t very good with makeup, then here’s your chance: the Human Chair by artist Jamie Isenstein.

Armchair Chair

It’s basically a two-legged suit of sorts that you can wear so you can pretend to be an armchair. The front legs will be care of your actual human legs, though based on the image alone, I’m not very sure how you’re supposed to breathe or see very well when you’re in this thing.

Of course, it’s hard to ignore two very human-looking arms and legs jutting out of the armchair, so if someone notices before they take a seat, then prepare to get kicked in the shins very hard.

The Blanket Chair: Who Needs Snuggies?

There’s something awesome about comfortable chairs, in which you can spend hours reading, working or simply chilling. This concept chair integrates a blanket into an all-in-one comfy package, allowing you to take advantage of its cuddliness.

The Autumn/Winter Chair was created by Polish fashion designer Aga Brzostek. The cover of this chair is like a big jumper, which is one of the reasons why it has sweater-like functions. It’s perfect to use as a cozy place during chilly winter nights. Hard foam was used for the structure of the chair. The seat and backrest were covered in softer foam for even more comfort. The cover is made from reclaimed wool to help keep you warm and toasty.

The cover is adjustable and removable, allowing users to change the look of the chair to their own preferences. It’s even got a handy pocket for holding magazines or books.

While this is still just a one-off concept piece, I suppose you could always ask your grandma to knit a similar cover for your favorite chair, but that could be quite the undertaking.
