Sony Xperia S Boot Manager lets you perform multi-boots for various ROMs

When the world was first introduced to dual operating system environment on a single computer, it was definitely quite an achievement. In the world of smartphones, too, is quite a big deal, and XDA Developers member Letama has managed to come up with the Sony Xperia S Boot Manager that allows you to, theoretically, multi-boot different firmware, now how about that? To flesh out such an example, how about running CyanogenMod 9 or 10 loaded onto your smartphone and have it run alongside stock Sony firmware?

Talk about getting the best of both worlds, where you are able to live off the bells and whistles that CyanogenMod offers, and yet lets you switch back to stock firmware through a quick reboot in order for you to make use of the camera or HDMI functions. Of course, the lack of camera functionality is a bit of a letdown in CyanogenMod, since there are times when one needs to launch the camera quickly to capture an impromptu moment. The Sony Xperia S Boot Manager has yet to see a public release, but you can check it out in action above.
