Elecom is set to launch a new line of DDR3L SO-DIMM memory modules, the EV1333L-N. Coming in three different capacities: 2GB, 4GB and 8GB, these low-voltage memory modules work at 1.35V and provide 1333MHz speed. I-O Data has announced a new line of DDR3L SO-DIMM memory modules, the SDY1600L. Coming in three different capacities: 2GB, 4GB and 8GB, these low-voltage memory modules are compliant with JEDEC standard and work at 1.35V with 1600MHz speed. The 2GB, 4GB and 8GB models will hit the market from late August for 5,600 Yen (about $71), 9,000 Yen (about $115) and 19,200 Yen (about $244), respectively. [I-O-Data]
