Although you probably shouldn’t preorder Microsoft’s Surface tablet, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t upgrade your existing machines to Windows 8. It’s coming on October 26—they’ve already even spotted it on store shelves. GoPro just announced their newest action camera, the GoPro Hero 3, which comes with some excellent new improvements—it’s smaller, lighter and faster.
