Usually when a new iPhone comes out and there’s supposedly a major problem—remember antennagate?—it’s people griping about nothing. But this time, Apple’s new maps are a real problem. At least they are for me—I used to use the Google Maps app to get around New York on public transit. But even for general use, Apple’s offering isn’t looking too hot.
