Track cars are quite something to behold, and can be a lot of fun to take out for a weekend ride. While many track cars aren’t street legal, this one is – and it looks amazing too.

The Vuhl 05 is made in Mexico, and it’s made for track days. It’s very light, at only 1,500 pounds, and has got 285hp under the hood. Its lightweight body uses steel, aluminum and has a plastic open-top body. The two-liter Ford EcoBoost four-cylinder engine is quite snappy, so you’ll be able to power away from your competitors. Its maximum speed is 150 mph, and it will reach 62 mph in only 3.7 seconds.

It has a six-speed manual gearbox and it’s also perfectly street legal, so you won’t have to tow it around. The Vuhl 05 sells for approximately $84,000(USD) and it will be available in the spring of 2014.

Ferraris aren’t known for seating passengers comfortably or for having storage space, but this model has all of that and more. It has seating for four, has ample trunk space, and still comes with a roaring V12 engine.

The Ferrari  fuses a shooting brake design with the supercar ethos. It has a rear-mounted 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The 6.3 liter V12 develops 651 HP and 504 lb.ft. of torque. It accelerates to 62 mph in 3.7 seconds, and can reach 124 mph in 11 seconds. Its top speed is a whopping 208 mph. It can tackle snow and more extreme weather conditions thanks to the fact that it’s a four-wheel-drive too.

The Ferrari FF costs approximately $300,000(USD) and has been in production for about a year. Ferrari makes about 800 of these every year.

When Nike first introduced Flyknit technology, it was pretty amazing. The shoes that featured this tech were super comfortable, and extremely light thanks to the single thread that was knitted to make their shells. Now Nike has introduced Flyknit versions of their Free line of shoes that are made for barefoot runners.

The Free Flyknit combines the Free and Flyknit technologies into one shoe. The loosely-woven upper is stretchy enough to feel like a sock, but its more densely woven base hugs your feet. The Free 5.0 midsole provides enough cushioning to help soften the blows of running barefoot. The Nike Free Hyperfeel is even more streamlined and also features Flyknit technology. It’s got less cushioning than the rest of the Flyknit range. The rubber outsole is only 0.7mm thick. A size 10 shoe only weighs 180g. The insole is made from Lunarlon. The shoe is designed for runners that want a barefoot sensation and it’s very minimal.

The Nike Free Flyknit will sell for $160(USD) and the Free Hyperfeel will retail for $175. They will be available in a number of different colors. The Free Flyknit launches on 8/1/13 and the Free Hyperfeel launches on 9/5/13.

You can sit on a washing machine, but that doesn’t make it a chair. A transformation like the one industrial designer Antonina pulled off does make it a chair, though. And there are even DIY instructions so you can try too, if you’re into that sort of thing.

There are plenty of audio systems available for your home, but not all of them look as beautiful as this console from Ruark Audio. It’s got lots of retro appeal, and will look awesome in a number of different decors.

The Ruark Audio R7 has a stylish look, that seems to be inspired from some hifi gear from the 1960s. It comes wrapped in walnut veneer and can stand on black lacquer legs. The center console is made from aluminum and glass. It houses a DAB+/FM/Internet radio, CD and MP3 player. Like many newer audio devices, it can stream music wirelessly over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

There’s a removable remote, called a RotoDial, that lets you control the console from anywhere in your home. The console has two drivers, an eight-inch subwoofer, and 160W of power from its class A-B linear amplifiers. It’s also got inputs for auxiliary digital or analog audio sources.

The Ruark Audio R7 will be available this fall for £2,000 (~$3,052 USD).
