The architects of this tiny pharmacy in downtown Osaka didn’t have much to work with—just a skinny alleyway between two hulking buildings. Two men are spending some quality time living in a rather unique home – this 25-foot wooden wheel. Ward Shelley and Alex Schweder are living in this wheel as part of the In Orbit art project at The Boiler gallery in Manhattan.
All of the furniture and accommodations are fixed along its circumference. The guys need to walk in tandem to rotate the giant wheel and get to the things they need to get through the day. The pair are living in the structure right now, 24/7. Their project started on February 28 and ends on March 9, 2014. The structure will remain until April 5, 2014.
It is an interesting idea, but if you live in a house like this, you better get along with your partner. Chances are these guys are going to hate each other by the end of it. Also, I don’t want to know how they go to the bathroom.

Fraemes are a welcome change in the current sea of bland phone cases on the market: they’re colorful, customizable, and interchangeable so you can swap the designs out for another, depending on your current mood or what you feel like at any given time.
The Fraemes team has collaborated with designers and will be offering 150 designs to choose from when they officially launch. Aside from the many designs and patterns available, the inserts can be customized further in terms of their color and by adding text and shapes. You can even upload your own designs and have them rendered.
Fraemes are up for funding on Kickstarter through March 27, where a pledge of $25(USD) or more will get you one of your very own. A $50 pledge gets you a custom design, while a $250 pledge will get you a dozen, so you can have a different look for each month of the year.
The number one rule for hosting a successful dinner party? Make sure your guests fear gruesome death by dinosaur at least once during the evening. The best way to achieve the effect? These ice ripples that mimic that scene—you know the one—from the original Jurassic Park. No T-Rex needed!
