There are more custom versions of Monopoly out there than properties in the game, but this could be the definitive version to snatch up if you’re not a stickler for the classic board. Designed and illustrated by artist Charles Fazzino, a long time resident and champion of the Big Apple, this 3D edition of the game pays homage to the sights, streets, and structures found in and around Manhattan.
It’s massive, it’s slow-moving, and it’s completely terrifying to imagine it being used in battle. But Secret Operation 610 is designed to spread knowledge, not mayhem. This mobile classroom looks like a cold war relic, but functions as an ultra-modern space for university research.
Looking for a desk that’s impervious to spills, dents, and—apparently—the laws of gravity? Designer Paul Cocksedge seems to have defied everything we know about physics with his wonderful rolled steel Poise table, which looks like it’s perpetually ready to fall over.

If you’re strapped for space in your flat, then the Living Cube might just be the thing for you. It’s still a one-of-a-kind build for now, but you should be able to make your own or have one made if you’ve got the carpentry skills.
Designed by Till Könneker, the Living Cube is an entertainment center, living room, open wardrobe, walk-in closet, and library in one. There’s a loft bed at the top which looks comfortable enough. If you’re not into books, then you can just fill the shelves up with your random stuff. The wardrobe has a lot of space for shirts and coats and there’s two rows of shelves at the bottom for your shoes.
The highlight has to be the walk-in closet, which offers additional space for everything else you can’t fit on the external shelves.
