TARDIS Cat Condo for Peter Ca-Paw-di

I’m surprised that Doctor Who has never had a cat companion. I mean, cats have nine lives and time lords have 13. You would think they would be palling around and having adventures all of the time. At least cats can experience their very own time and space adventure with this TARDIS cat condo.

It is the best cat condo ever! This is the work of Etsy artist MonksHomefurnishings and you can get it for $695(USD). This TARDIS is 47″ tall, 18″ wide, and 19″ deep. According to my calculations, that’s the perfect size for your cat to play in.

Half TARDIS, Half Dalek Dress Is All Awesome

Can’t decide whether you want a TARDIS dress or a Dalek Dress? Why not have both? This neat dress mashes up both. It’s like the TARDIS collided with a Dalek and now they share the same space.

This corset dress was designed by cosplayer Bewitched Raven and it is beautiful. It’s got a Dalek on one side and the TARDIS on the other side. The Doctor really should have fixed the de-materialization circuit. This is what can happen.

This dress has a ton of nice detail, like the single door handle on the TARDIS side, and the matching headpieces. It all comes together perfectly. Great job! How about a Cyberman mashed up with Dalek now? That would be awesome.

Death Star Cake Attacked by Various Starships

So. Neal recently had a birthday. I don’t know Neal, but clearly he is a lucky guy. He had a very happy birthday thanks to this amazing cake his wife got for him. It has a delicious and deadly Death Star, but that’s not all.

It depicts an epic space battle between some of the most iconic spaceships from TV and movies. There is a Klingon Bird of Prey, Serenity, a TARDIS, the Millenium Falcon, and even the Enterprise D. Now that is a battle I would like to see.

Doctor Who Trivial Pursuit: Winning Proves You’re Smarter on the Inside

The Doctor Who merchandising machine has really kicked into high gear of late. It seems like every time we turn around there is something new carrying the Doctor Who brand. This time out, there is a new trivia game for fans of the series to compete against each other with.

who triviamagnify

The game is the Doctor Who Trivial Pursuit Travel Edition. It’s like traditional Trivial Pursuit, but all the questions are Doctor Who themed, naturally.

I think my friends might like this game. I usually dominate at normal Trivial Pursuit, leaving my opponents feeling dumb and defeated (with good reason). They won’t play the game with me anymore. Since I have never watched a single episode of Doctor Who all the way through, they might have a chance.

The cards have 600 questions and include categories like Time Lords, Companions, Episodes & Stories, Monsters, Cast, Crew, & Beyond, and Years and Dates. The game is available for $19.99(USD) from ThinkGeek. The game comes with a Dalek die,  numerous question cards, and a blue wedge container to hold it all. What, no TARDIS?

Dalek the Snowman is Not a Jolly Happy Soul

Winter is in full swing in most of the country. While it was nearly 70-degrees in Texas yesterday, many Northern states are still swathed in deep snow and frigid temps. Not having snow in Texas, it’s always fun to see the winter shenanigans that people in colder climates get up to.

Not to be outdone by the Brits, a guy named Steve Marcote in Massachusetts has built his own 6-foot-tall Dalek snowman. It’s definitely cool and appears to use a plunger and a paint roller frame for arms. I wonder what he used to get all the rectangular indents done.

The Dalek snowman is impressively accurate looking for a snow creature. Now Steve needs to build a snow TARDIS to sit alongside it.

Doctor Who Carved Crayons: Doctor Wax

The Doctor’s enemies fear the Sonic Screwdriver. There are many reasons. It gets the Doctor out of tough spots like prison cells, it can reprogram electronics, and now it can color in a coloring book. Etsy seller Carved Crayons has made these amazing carved Sonic Screwdriver crayons.
