EIZO is set to ship their latest LCD monitor in Japan, the ColorEdge CX241. Built for professionals in printing, photography and post production, this 24.1-inch IPS LED-backlit monitor provides 1920 x 1200 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 350 cd/m2 brightness, 7.7ms (GTG) response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Not only that, the monitor also provides 99% coverage of the Adobe RGB color gamut and comes with a built-in collection sensor for re-adjusting the color mode, and has DVI-I, HDMI and DisplayPort connectors. EIZO has showed off a new LCD monitor ‘DuraVision FDF2304W-IP’ to its range. Designed for security (it allows the connection and operation of the IP camera directly without using a PC), this new 23-inch IPS LED-backlight monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 8ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles, and features HDMI, LAN and 2x USB 2.0 connectors. EIZO has just dropped a new medical LCD monitor called the RadiForce RX850. Designed specifically for use in the hospital, this 31.1-inch IPS LED-backlight monitor provides 4096 x 2160 native resolution, 1450:1 contrast ratio, 850 cd/m2 brightness (calibration recommended brightness 500 cd/m2), 20ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. EIZO is gearing up to launch another LCD monitor namely the FlexScan EV2436W-Z. Adopting an IPS panel, this new 24.1-inch LED-backlight monitor supports a native resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and provides 1000:1 contrast ratio, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 6ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also has two built-in 1W stereo speakers and features D-Sub, DVI-D and DisplayPort connectors. The FlexScan EV2436W-Z will be available from August 29th for 56,800 Yen (about $575).
