EIZO has unveiled another one of its upcoming medical LCD monitor, the RadiForce LX300. Designed specifically for use in the operating room, this 29.8-inch IPS LED-backlight monitor provides 2560 x 1600 native resolution, 1100:1 contrast ratio, 750 cd/m2 brightness, 20ms response time and 170/170 degree viewing angles, and has 1x dual-link DVI-D, 1x single-link DVI, 1x HDMI and 1x DisplayPort connectors. The RadiForce LX300 will go on sale from November 1st for unannounced price yet. [EIZO]

EIZO has once again expanded its line of LCD monitors by announcing the FlexScan EV2216W. Adopting EIZO’s developed dimming technology to eliminate screen flicker and reduce eye fatigue, this 22-inch LED-backlight flicker-free monitor (TN panel) provides 1680 x 1050 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and 170/160 degree viewing angles. In addition, its also has two built-in 1W stereo speakers and features D-Sub, DVI-D and DisplayPort connectors. The FlexScan EV2216W is now shipping. [EIZO]

Eizo has just announced that they will be rolling out a couple of monitors of the 17” variety, where these monitors are no ordinary models. For one, they will be able to transmit audio as well as video, where they are capable of hooking up to computers over a local area network (LAN). The two models from Eizo would be the DuraVision FDS1702N and the DuraVision FDS1702NT, and whenever one connects the Eizo monitor to a remote PC over a network, it is also possible to send video and audio signal transmission over a long distance using a solitary LAN cable or via a wireless LAN.

These Eizo monitors cna also be used to control the PC either via a mouse and keyboard that are hooked by USB, or using the FDS1702NT’s touch panel interface. Other than that, it is also very possible to hook up other USB devices including USB flash drives, printers, external optical or hard drives, among others.

This new 23-inch IPS monitor provides 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 260 cd/m2 brightness, 6ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. In addition, it also comes with two built-in 1W stereo speakers and has D-Sub, DVI-D and DisplayPort connectors. The FlexScan T2381W will go on sale from April 2nd for 94,800 Yen (about $1,012). Designed for professionals in digital photography, graphic design, video editing and post-production, this new 27-inch IPS monitor provides 2560 x 1440 native resolution, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 320 cd/m2 brightness, 6ms response time and 178/178 degree viewing angles. Not only that, the monitor also comes with a built-in calibration sensor, which corresponds to the auto-calibration in accordance with the schedule, and features a DVI-D port, an HDMI port, a DisplayPort and a 2-port USB 2.0 hub.
